Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder are already expanding their family.Not long after they adopted a horse together - their "big baby boy" named Eagle - the Twilight actress and Vampire Diaries star are now also mom and dad to an adorable kitten.
"Went to the animal shelter today to give some love to the babies living in cages who don't have homes and ended up adopting this little girl! What should we name her?," Nikki wrote on Instagram, introducing their new pet in a shot that showed her cuddling up to her multicolored mane.
Ian also tweeted out a link to Nikki's Instagram shot, writing, "The newest addition to the family!Holy sh*t this little GIRL is amazing! PLEASEAdopt Adopt Adopt."

Aside from their new kitty, the actor hasn't been able to stop gushing over his ladylove as of late. Just a couple of weeks ago, he posted a smiley shot of them on Instagram posing together in a field with their dogs, captioning the shot, "Day with 3 of the most beautiful ladies in the universe...Wow smiling is such a beautiful part of the human experience-I highly recommend it. Congrats to our little Neitczhe here-1 year ago today, to the minute, you brought 5 beautiful puppies into this world-thank you for your amazing contribution to all of our lives."
