Jennifer Lopez's Twins Look Just Like Her in Sweet Selfie

Triplets!

Jennifer Lopez's twins may only be seven years old, but they already know how to give the perfect selfie pout. In a sweet snap the Boy Next Door star posted on Instagram, she smiles for the camera in a car, as her kids Max and Emme purse their lips in the background.

"#Besitos," she captioned the shot. These two are growing up so fast and are looking more and more like their mom, especially Emme, who could pass as her mother's mini-me.

The "Booty" crooner has been showing her family a lot of love on the Gram as of late, with the star posting a video of her and her sister chatting at what looks like a restaurant. In it, the American Idol judge says, "she's trying to convince me why I should start drinking." Her sister replies, "no, not drinking. Going out with your friends, not being alone, home, sad." Whoa...where's Casper?...

A video posted by Jennifer Lopez (@jlo) on

J.Lo captioned the shot, "Love my baby sis...lol #shemakesmesmile #sisterlove #familia." It's not clear if her sis was joking or serious (seemed pretty serious), but J.Lo did get out of the house with her sis before their outing this evening, heading to the new musical "Hamilton" on Broadway Saturday.

We doubt J.Lo has a problem finding friends, but if she does ever need someone to hang out with other than her sis (and Leah Remini), we definitely have her back.

Drake Rocks Free Meek Mill T-Shirt, Mocks Him With Memes at Concert

Just when we thought the beef had died down for a sec, Drake came back with the smack down (again).

While he hasn't released his rumored third Meek Mill Diss track just yet, Drake did more than enough to let fans know he wasn't done with the situation when he rocked a "Free Meek Mill" t-shirt to the OVOFest in Toronto Monday.

And just in case you thought that pic was Photoshopped, here's a video of Drake in the t-shirt going through what looks like a rehearsal like it's nothing (this guy is hilarious). If the shirt looks familiar, the "Back to Back" rapper actually wore it in white in support of Meek last year when Meek was locked up. This time it's clearly a different story.

#PressPlay: #Drake ain't have to do #MeekMill like that 😩😩😩😩

A video posted by The Shade Room (@theshaderoominc) on

Drake wasn't done with his Meek jabs just yet, though. After rocking that shirt pre-performance, he took things a step further during his show and posted all of the Meek memes people have been laughing at for days in the background while he performed "Back to Back." #Goteem

Meanwhile, Meek - whose Drake diss track fell short - posted a shot of himself whitening his teeth with the caption, "Gotta clean my teeth b4 I talk dirty @affordablelookplus boston George!"

Unless he's really going to come with the fire this time...maybe he should just chill instead?

Louis Tomlinson confirms baby daddy news gma interviewOkay, it's officially official. Louis Tomlinson is going to be a dad, as he confirmed on Good Morning America that he and Briana Jungwirth are expecting a baby together!

Wow. We didn't see that one coming. In fact, we figured GMA would lob some softball questions at the One Direction guys and focus on their new music.

During One Direction's sit-down interview before hitting the stage to perform, they talked about their new song, "Drag Me Down," their upcoming album, and moving on without Zayn Malik.

Oh, and a congrats to Louis was floated during the interview, as Michael Strahan said "from one father to another, I want to congratulate you on your upcoming fatherhood."

Um. What?

Louis didn't give any details about the rumors, but he finally addressed them with a simple: "Obviously it's a very exciting time, so I'm buzzing, thank you."

one direction on good morning america 1dongmaBesides Louis Tomlinson finally confirming that he's going to be a dad (yep, that baby rumor is finally a reality), the One Direction guys stopped by Good Morning America for a kick-a** concert in Central Park.

In a word? Amazing.

Besides singing "Steal My Girl" and "Story of My Life," One Direction performed their new single, "Drag Me Down," for the first time on TV!

During their interview, the guys discussed moving on as a band after Zayn Malik left, with Liam Payne saying, "Obviously it's different...When you lose a member of your team, obviously everyone gets close together. It's still going great, and that's what this album is about. We're still going strong, and we're all still here."

Liam also called the sound of their upcoming fifth album "eclectic," while Harry Styles explained why they dropped their new single in the middle of the night. "We just wanted to drop it out of nowhere...we thought it would be fun to just kind of drop it." That Harry, always having fun.

Is Rihanna Teaming Up With Katy Perry, Planning a Revenge Song for Taylor Swift?

Rihanna and Katy PerryTaylor Swift might've just messed with the wrong crew. There's talk that her "Bad Blood" enemy Katy Perry is teaming up with the baddest b**ch out there, ahem Rihanna, and is creating a revenge song just for her. Ohhh, snap!

OK! Magazine is reporting that RiRi has had enough of TayTay insulting her best friend. She isn't a fan of her infamous "Bad Blood" video or her "good girl" image. We all know Ri is the original good girl gone bad...just sayin'!

The insider added, "Ri's protective of Katy and bugged by Taylor's growing good-girl clique," including that she's planning an "aggressive club anthem with a video that's just as brutal as 'Bad Blood'." If that wasn't enough, apparently "it'll be very obvious that it's about Taylor," with the song reportedly being written about a "kiss and tell" woman.

Ah! We're scared for you Tay. We all know Ri Ri is not worried...about anything. "She knows Taylor's intimidated by her," the source continued, admitting that Katy is "aware that Rihanna wants to do something."

Of course, all of this drama comes after Taylor released her "Bad Blood" song and video about Katy awhile back. She also brought out a "left shark" at her 1989 show last week, causing many to believe she was dissing Katy yet again.

We can only imagine how all of this is going to turn out. Can't we all just get along?

Sweet Suspense: 'If Someone's Going to Do Something, Why Not You?'

AOL Build Presents: Sweet SuspenseLast week, I, along with the #BUILTBYGIRLS interns, got to sit down with the amazing and talented girl group Sweet Suspense to ask them about everything from their tour and their experience on The X Factor and The Voice to what life was like before the stages and lights.

CAMBIO: What is your favorite part about performing on tour?

SWEET SUSPENSE: I think one of the best parts about performing on tour is that we get to perform every other night, which is pretty incredible. It really fills us all with joy and makes us happier, if that's even possible - it's an indescribable feeling...Our relationship both on and off stage is important, and one of the bonuses about touring together as a single girl group is that we get to have our best friends performing right alongside us...Also, getting to constantly be around and interact with our tour crew is great because we have made so many new friends, besides each other obviously...In the case of other groups, sometimes two of the members will split up and go hang out with a part of the crew or other friends, but not us - we never split up.

Is there anyone on the Pop Nation Tour whom you've formed a particularly strong bond with?

Everyone on the tour is amazing, but we have three people that we've really bonded with: Drew, Blake, and Omar. Actually, this one time, we were with Omar sitting in Macy's just shopping for shoes, and the saleswoman asked for a shoe size, so we told her and she said that she'd be right back. All of a sudden (it wasn't planned at all), two of us simultaneously said, "Thank you!" in a harmony, and he freaked out! He was like, "Did you just harmonize thank you?!" It was really funny.
AOL BUILD Speaker Series Presents: Sweet Suspense

Is there anything in particular that you miss about being in high school?

It's kind of weird not seeing and interacting with the same people every day, but we've formed a similar bond with our tour group. We also still have our workload from school, but the whole experience has more of a "camp" feeling rather than a "school" feeling.

What was the craziest part about being on The X Factor and for Bryana, The Voice?

The craziest part about The X Factor was honestly the pure pressure of having to learn and perform a new song each week. It was crazy in the sense that we had very limited time, and at the same time, we had to worry about the television side of things: side interviews, wardrobe, staging, etc. After a while, we got the hang of it, but even then, we were always on our toes and moving a mile a minute.

The time we had to meet with our vocal coaches and choreographers was a very small amount as well - sometimes as little as 10-20 minutes - so we had to be quick and always focused. On top of all of this, we still had to get in our hours for school, so there was never really a moment of rest while we were on The X Factor.

When we were eliminated, of course we felt sad, having to say goodbye to all of our friends and the experience itself, but at the same time, we felt a relief because we wouldn't have to go through elimination again or have to stand there not knowing along with everyone else and their nerves. Sure, when they say your name to get eliminated, you're heartbroken, but at the same time you're like, "Now, I can finally breathe."

On The Voice, I think craziest thing for me was the battle rounds. There was always lots of pressure (more than usual anyways), and you were singing the exact song against someone else. And with a lot of these people, relationships were formed. It was hard after the round was over and your coach had to look at both of you and tell you how amazing you did, but, at the end of the day, someone has to go home.

During elimination, you're just standing there, hardly able to breathe because everyone's nerves are kicking in. It's only about two minutes in reality, but in your head, it can feel like two years. It's also hard having to say goodbye to the people you've made bonds with each week, even though they're your competitors.

They had me do an interview literally right after I was eliminated, and the woman interviewing me asked, "So how does it feel going back to Illinois having nothing? You don't have a school, friends, anything." I know she didn't mean it like that, but I was all sad and I was just trying not to laugh and cry at the same time, so I just said, "It feels fantastic!" And it was really uncomfortable.FOX's

What it was like working with Simon Cowell and/or Gwen Stefani?

Gwen is one of the most humble, down-to-earth, amazing [people] you will ever meet. I was actually a huge fan of hers before, and I had no idea she was going to be on my season of The Voice. I thought Christina Aguilera was going to be there. [Gwen] is a brilliant person, and the advice and skills I learned, along with just this incredible opportunity I was given, was priceless...After I was eliminated, she gave me a pair of shoes!

As far as The X Factor goes, Simon is...one of the most brutally honest people, but what the public eye doesn't really get to see is how sweet and nice he is to everyone. The best experience we had with Simon is when he had us over to his home for tea and scones. It was cool to see him around his dogs. It brightened him up, he looked really happy, and the tea was amazing. Simon really cares about all of the artists he works with from One Direction to Little Mix. He's also great at working with groups - he even taught us how!

Where did the name "Sweet Suspense" come from?

When we were on The X Factor, we had to choose at least 100 names, because a majority of them couldn't be used due to copyright and legal purposes. Legally, "Sweet Suspense" was the one they thought would work the best, but while we were coming up with names, they were so random. We came up with True Treasure, Sugar Shock, Third Avenue (which we really liked), Pacific Sirens and about 90 more. When they finally told us that we were Sweet Suspense, we were like wait a minute - we like this! They gave us the option to change the name later if we wanted, but we decided to keep it.Sweet Suspense #BUILTBYGIRLSWhat does #BUILTBYGIRLS mean to you?
The #BUILTBYGIRLS movement really resonates with us. Being on a reality show is very difficult, especially one where people are getting eliminated and the general public decides that. Automatically, we got lots of hate out of nowhere, and it wasn't even about the talent. The comments would be focused on looks, like "She's only getting through to the next round because she has a pretty face!"

We are so big on female empowerment. We actually have this song called "Like A Girl," reminding girls that we should turn that phrase into a compliment. Nobody can do things like a girl better than a girl can. If someone's going to do something, why not you?

Why Fans Still Think Louis Tomlinson Baby News Is Fake

Louis Tomlinson fans dont believe baby daddy news
Ever since buzz started swirling that Louis Tomlinson was going to be a dad, fans have firmly been on the side of "it's not true unless Louis himself confirms it."

No one was buying it when the rumor first leaked, then Briana's former step-dad and dad (heck even her ex-boyfriend) all weighed in. Nope. Still no word from Louis, so it can't be true. 5 Seconds of Summer also gave their opinion on the baby news. Fans still weren't buying it.

It looked like we were getting closer to reality when Simon Cowell confirmed everything and said that Louis needed to "man up." Certainly that would have been enough for fans to believe Louis was going to be a dad? Nope.

Then yesterday, Liam Payne talked about Louis becoming a father during an interview. We figured someone in Louis' own band would certainly have the insider info, but fans thought the audio was a fake, pieced together from another interview.

For real?!

Finally, the day has come, y'all. Louis took the opportunity on Good Morning America to address the Briana Jungwirth pregnancy rumors. It was short and sweet, but he approached it like ripping off a band-aid (well, after you've been gently picking at the edges, that is).

But still, there are people who don't believe it!

Larry shippers, for one think it's a cover up: There are fans who believe it's just a PR stunt: Just general denial: Nope, still not convinced: There have been some voices of reason for the non-believers though: And, finally, this kind of perfectly sums it up:

The 'Zoolander 2' Teaser is Here, and Zoolander is Still Ridiculously Good-Looking

He's a "model idiot"... and he's back in action in a brand-new movie. The teaser for Zoolander 2 is here, so kick back with a refreshing orange mocha frappucino and check it out. Has much changed for the infamous model Zoolander since the film hit theaters in 2001? While we'll have to wait for the new film to hit theaters in February of 2016, I'm going to make an educated guess and say that the Blue Steel creator is still the dim, beautiful man he's always been.
At least, that's what the teaser seems to imply. It's hard being ridiculously good-looking, and perhaps part of the challenge is being too handsome to understand basic concepts, like Roman numerals and puns. Though the teaser doesn't give away too many plot details, it does provide us with some familiar "throwbacks" to the original flick as we navigate through Zoolander's brain. Fans of the original film will certainly recognize the significance of Zoolander's "merman" silhouette, the definition of "eugoogly," and the "no left turn" sign.
am
We'll have to wait to see exactly what Zoolander has been doing in the years following the original movie, but let's hope that he's been throwing himself into volunteer work for the Center For Children Who Can't Read Good And Want To Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too. After all, what's the point of being ridiculously good-looking if you can't give back?

How Hackathons Can Turn You Into the Coolest #BossLady

Businesswoman working at laptopDid you know that the Facebook "Like" button was actually someone's hackathon project? Would you believe me if I told you Skype acquired someone's hackathon product for $50 million?! Did you know that Dropbox also got its start at a large hackathon? SAY WHAT?!
what gifWhat exactly is a hackathon?

According to Wikipedia, "The word hackathon is a portmanteau of the words 'hack' and 'marathon,' where hack is used in the sense of playful, exploratory programming, not its alternate meaning as a reference to computer crime."

No, you won't be learning how to hack your crush's computer...unless you want to, of course. #guilty It was a valuable LEARNING EXPERIENCE, OK?! Student hackathons are chill, productive hangouts (with free food) where you learn more about the technology that basically controls your life.
Many of the companies that host these events give away free swag (aka T-shirts, stickers and even phone chargers). Fun fact: I got hired by a startup simply for having hackathon stickers on my laptop. STICKERS CAN HELP YOU ADVANCE YOUR CAREER, I SWEAR.

Here are five reasons why YOU should attend your first hackathon:

1. Free tours of cool companies

You'll get the chance to tour places like Facebook, Twitter, Google, Spotify, Dropbox and many more! Several of your favorite companies host hackathons monthly, but not enough students know about them.

2. You get to meet awesome people AND build your professional network.

You meet super interesting people at hackathons, and the best part is that they're friendly, so you can ask them anything. Whether it's interning at BuzzFeed or being your own CEO, the first step to landing your dream internship/job is introducing yourself to someone who can help you. I've also met a few of my best friends at students hackathons. #squadMe at my first BuzzFeed hackathon.

3. Learning becomes FUN!

This is my favorite part. You learn by doing, and let's face it - lecture halls aren't for everyone. Hackathon environments are laid-back (I'm talking Nerf gun wars and midnight karaoke sessions), which puts even newcomers at ease. You can grab a slice of pizza and talk about programming like it's the norm because, well, it is!
pizza gif
4. Prizes and money

I won $500 at my first hackathon. Today I go to hackathons because they're incredible learning experiences, but a little acknowledgement never hurts. Whether or not you place first, you always leave a hackathon knowing more than you did when you walked in. You win, win, win no matter what.

5. There's NO pressure - work at your own pace!

No one pressures you to have a completed product by the time the event is over if you're not ready. Attendees range in level of expertise, so tech experts (mentors) help newbies, and everyone gets to practice a new skill: learning, teaching, networking, etc. Strangers have walked away from their hackathon projects to help me learn coding, so if you're thinking, I know nothing about coding, it's OK.

What Really Happens When We Dye Our Hair Crazy Colors

$

girl with rainbow hairOf all the trendy things we put our hair through (I'm thinking along the lines of colombre and granny hair), sometimes it's easy to forget that we're actually damaging our hair every time we do these things. I mean, I maintain a blonde that - technically - I haven't rocked naturally since childhood, so I ain't judging here - but what are we sacrificing exactly when we dye our hair crazy colors? With the sassy new (and fun to look at) rainbow hair color trends that channel our inner Lisa Frank-lover, we decided to ask an expert what exactly goes down when we commit to these looks.

Dr. Robert Dorin, trusted celeb hair expert and restoration specialist of True & Dorin in New York City, gave us the scoop on the science that goes down when we begin the dyeing process. To achieve vibrant colors, you have to start off with a lighter base. If you already have lighter/blond hair (lucky you!), it's easier to begin with the color/dye you want to achieve. The rest of us have to bleach it with harmful chemicals, which will "ultimately really dry out and damage strands," said Robert. "These vibrant hair colors are even more damaging because it typically involves this two-step dying process."

Dang!

When we actually apply the color dye to see the end result, the ammonia inside the dye is what lifts the cuticles of our hair to get to the shaft of the strand, which is what "grabs" the color by elevating the PH. According to Robert, that's real bad.

"The cuticle is not meant to be lifted, but instead it is supposed to lay flat and smooth, protecting our hair shafts," Robert said. "Once the cuticle of the hair is raised to allow the dye in, the peroxide agent in hair dyes work to break down the original color pigment. Peroxide is also very drying and damaging for the hair."

The longer the peroxide sits on your head, the more damage it does until it's rinsed out. That explains why our hair typically feels extra dried out and brittle after a trip to the salon.

Ultimately, the more you have to lighten/bleach your hair to even get to the point of tossing some fabulous rainbow dye on it, the worse the damage will be. If you're determined to rock the rainbow tresses, though, just make sure you feed your hair some really good moisturizing treatments afterward (I'm personally a huge fan of It's a 10, $30 at Ulta).

Yassssss Rihanna!

The "B*tch Better Have My Money" singer has been slaying all over the Carnival in Barbados, posting several shots of herself wearing a hot bejeweled, butt-baring bikini, black angel wings and a matching black feather headdress for the festivities.

A photo posted by badgalriri (@badgalriri) on

"Black iz beautiful," Rihanna captioned one snap, which showed her posing next to her BFF Melissa Forde and another friend wearing a traditional Barbadian Carnival costume.

In the midst of getting her party on and pouring up drinks on a float, Rihanna also found time to cuddle with her niece Majesty (away from the Carnival of course), still clad in her costume. "When Ya visit Ya Aunty in the middle of the jump #CaribbeanTing #cropover2015," she captioned the shot.

After that quick stop, she was at it again, twerking and living it up in the streets of Barbados with a big group of friends. It's safe to say Rihanna is making the most of her summer vacay.

A Thank You Note to My Inspiration, Demi Lovato

93.3 FLZ's Jingle Ball 2014 - ShowInspiration? I don't even have to think out of the box for that.

Lemme break it down for you.

Inspiration is any small spurt of positivity that brings out a certain glow in you. It changes the way you feel, the way you think. And nothing can stop that. So, what or who really inspires me? Demi.

She's my role model and she's given me a reason to be an inspiration to the people around me as well. Her name is Demetria Devonne Lovato and us Lovatics know her as our Queen; our Demi. Sure, she's had her downs and rough patches in life, but just look at her now.I truly became a Lovatic watching Camp Rock and Sonny with a Chance and I've never given up on this fandom.

Demi is living proof that if you put your mind to it, it can happen. She's made me realize that in order to move forward with your life, you've got to believe that you can. If I don't believe in myself, I highly doubt someone is going to pat me on the shoulder and tell me that they'll do that for me. She's helped me understand that it is quite okay to fall down and scrape my knee; it's okay to have faults and ugly thoughts because I'll be a better person at the end of recovery. It doesn't matter how long it takes, but I will constantly learn new things; I'm constantly growing and hitting a tough block is a part of my growing experience.
What people think and say doesn't matter, they're irrelevant. They don't live my life. Evidently my life is superb for someone to be interested in how I live it and while that is completely fine by me, I've understood that not everyone will have filters.

This is a sort of a thank you note to Demi for being who she is and sharing that with her fans. Without her, I'm not sure I would've seen things the way I do now.

She's shown me that recovery is a process that is never quite complete unless I want it to be. I won't be happy unless I choose to let positivity reign in my life. And for someone to do that, it's pretty amazing.

Her music speaks so many volumes, no matter what the mood. She's so dedicated to what she gives to the fandom and that never goes unnoticed, especially her stage mishaps. Oh, Demi, carrying on her show like the jolly good fellow she is.
And let's not miss her fabulous hair flips *flips hair*. How can you not want to get in the mood with Demi?

So let's cheer my inspiration on. If she's inspired me, I'm pretty sure she's done that a thousand times before and she's continuously doing it everyday. Three cheers for Demi, and many more.

fans react zayn malik perrie edwards breakup It's been an overall roller coaster of feels for the One Direction fandom today - with Louis Tomlinson finally saying he's going to be a baby daddy and now former member Zayn Malik calling off his engagement?

We've been reduced to a literal puddle, TBH.
We've felt the highs and lows of Zayn and Perrie Edwards breaking up, from joking that he truly wanted to go solo (too soon?) to feeling like, yeah, a Zerrie wedding was probs never going to happen, given how long they've been engaged.

We were really pulling for them though...

Of course, while we've been finding our own personal coping mechanisms, there's been a range of reactions on Twitter.

Plenty were heartbroken over the Zerrie split: But not everyone, of course. Some are happy Zayn's back on the market: Some found a way to deal through humor and we are forever grateful for them: Many were conflicted: Some believe this confirms the Zerrie conspiracy theory: And then, the question on everyone's mind:

7 People You're Guaranteed to Encounter on the First Day of School

high school students...
We may ring in the New Year in January, but let's be honest: it's the first day of school that really resets the clock on your year. Maybe you're totally blissed out in summer relaxation and can't even be bothered to think about that dreaded day in September. Maybe your so-called "bliss" is really boredom and you can't wait for the days of homeroom and homework. (Well, maybe just the first part.)

No matter how you look at the first day of school, everyone will meet these people when they stroll into the halls on that fateful Monday morning. Here are the students you're guaranteed to run into:

1. The One Who is Still in Vacay Mode

She strolls into class with a beach tote instead of a backpack and looks so sun-kissed that you're pretty sure she spent the morning laying by the pool. Instead of first day of school snaps, she's Instagramming #latergrams from her trip to Cabo.

2. The One Who Looks Completely Different

Your history class buddy might as well be an entirely new person. Gone are the days of long brown locks: she's currently rocking a chic bleached pixie cut and clothes that you're convinced she didn't own any of back in June. She completely embodies the #NewYearNewMe hashtag.

3. The One Who SO Doesn't Want to Be Here

They're exhausted, probably because they've spent every single night of the past three months staying up until 3AM and crashing until noon. They are ready to gripe to everyone who will listen to them about how school should start later and how summer should extend until October. Fingers crossed that lunch will perk their mood.

4. The One Who Was Born Ready For the First Day of School

She has pens in every single color, a notebook for each subject, and seems genuinely stoked when the teacher goes over the syllabus for the semester. Maybe she hit the Starbucks a little too hard this morning, or maybe she just really, really loves school, but either way you're exhausted just looking at her.

5. The One Everyone is Talking About

First day of school gossip is inevitable - you haven't had the chance to catch up with everyone in so long. There's always that one kid who did something insane over the summer that everyone keeps talking about, whether his band went on tour with Paramore or he broke his arm in some freak water skiing accident. Let's hope for the former.

6. The Ones Who Are Attached at the Hip

Wait, when did those two start dating? You can barely get to your locker due to the fact that it's their new PDA spot.

7. The One Who is Brand New

There's always a new kid forced to navigate school solo, and odds are, they're freaking out about it. Be kind and save them a seat at your lunch table - you'll get major first day of school karma points.

Picture this: It's finals week. You have three exams to cram for, and you have two term papers due on Monday. In true procrastinator style, you're furiously swiping down your Instagram feed for a glimpse of something new (there's nothing, you've looked at the same sunsets and blurry pictures of happy hour drinks four times now). You just need to focus...so you reach over and press a big white button.

No?

Same. But that's about to change. A few smart AF folks are trying to revolutionize productivity with this glowing zen disk, called Saent. It's essentially a mute button. Sync it up to your device with Bluetooth, and it will pause all apps and websites (from a preset list) as well as block distracting notifications. If you try to open one of the forbidden apps, you'll get a reminder that you're supposed to be working.

Plus, Saent is designed to "optimize your work rhythm," according to the product's Indiegogo page. Basically, you choose from 30-, 50- or 90-minute blocks of productivity, and after completing each block, you get a break to refresh your brain (Saent's developers are firm believers that frequent breaks keep your mind agile and creative).

If you are the competitive type, Saent also rewards productivity in 10-minute chunks with points. That way, you can compare with your friends or coworkers.

Peep These 5 Long Hair Problems... Can You Relate?

$

Rear view of woman brushing hairWatching hair commercials makes long hair seem like a glorious experience.

With one gust of wind and the right song, the model becomes a magical being putting everyone under their spell. However, what many do not tell you is that having long hair takes a lot of work. Most people have long and thin hair or long with some volume. Then there are those with long and thick hair - that really puts the person to work. So if you have long hair, like me, I am sure that you have experienced the following problems:

1. Washing and drying your hair is an arduous task. You want to have your hair look great, yet you have to start getting ready at midday in order to be ready to go hang out with your friends and look presentable.
2. Have you tried dying your long hair professionally? It's summer, so we all want to change our look a bit. However, if you have long hair, going to get a color professionally done can be expensive. I was charged $100 for a simple color dye, no highlights or cut and dry. Don't get me wrong, I love my hair color, but that is the hefty price I paid for wanting to get it professionally done. From now on, I'll stick to the over-the-counter hair dyes - it's less expensive and gives me the same results.

3. Hair gets caught on everything - and I mean EVERYTHING. My hair has a mind of its own and sometimes it wants hang out of the side of the car and fly like a dog hanging out of the window. Admittedly, that is not the most embarrassing one. My hair has been caught on the button of my crush's shirt. Talk about a face palm moment! I nearly died.

4. Hair styles can hurt. Wearing beautiful ballerina buns or high cheerleader pony tails will feel like torture after a while. Well... if you have thick hair it'll feel like someone is pulling your hair off of your scalp.
5. Do not fret! This last one is blessing and a curse. People either love the long locks or will insist they are extensions or weave. The tide is divided as to whether that beautiful mane is yours or it is store bought.

Remember, it is your hair and if you like having long locks embrace it. Take care of it and rock it like every model on those hair commercials.

Is This Lady Gaga's Wedding Cake?

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney have been engaged since Valentine's Day and while we're all dying to know whatever we can, Mother Monster has been very tight-lipped about any wedding details.

As far as her dress, she wouldn't reveal the designer or the style, but did tell Women's Wear Daily exclusively that, "It will be totally for Taylor...It's all about my man."

We thought we got a glimpse of her wedding cake on Instagram when she shared this pic of herself in a kitchen next to a five-tier cake with a man and woman standing on top, which is pretty standard wedding cake decor.

Unfortunately (for us, but fortunately for him), it was a birthday cake for Tony Bennett, who she recently recorded a jazz album and toured with. "When the Birthday cake you got Tony is too big for Instagram!" she captioned the pic, referring to the fifth tier that we can't quite see.

Here's a closeup of Gaga and Tony, each holding their dogs. Tony is holding his dog, "Happy" and Gaga is holding Asia Kinney, who has become a bit of a celeb in her own right:

If this is just a regular birthday cake, we can't even imagine what her wedding cake is going to look like!

As for the wedding itself, the pop star did tell Howard Stern that it's not going to be one of those massive weddings. "You don't know me very well if you think I'm gonna have a big wedding," she told Howard Stern before Taylor popped the question. "If I get married I'm gonna be like hanging out of a pickup truck in a David's Bridal [gown] while my stylist is screaming at me, trying to put a blonde wig on my head!"

We're sure that whatever she does do will be beautiful...and unique, because this IS Lady Gaga we're talking about!

This Yoga Move Will Relieve Your Period Pain

young woman in the sofa with...Amen for this.

If you've had a period before, chances are you've had a bad case of cramps at least once. Now, instead of popping pain meds or just crying to ease the pain, there's a yoga move you can do to alleviate some of that awful discomfort (and it doesn't involve rolling around in bed trying to find the right cramp-easing position).

California-based yogi and photographer Stephanie Birch shared the way she helps relieve some of her period pain, telling Elle, she swears by one particular yoga move. "Oftentimes while I am going through mind-numbing cramps, I will lay flat out on my belly to get into Bow Pose," she said. "I used to curl up in a ball hoping for relief, but there is something so beneficial in lying face-down, adding weight to the cramping areas of the body."

Stephanie demonstrated the move for the mag, saying it strengthens the abs and lower back and relieves fatigue and stress too. So, this is a win-win.

Step 1: Lie on your stomach, with one cheek on your mat and your palms by our sides. Then, press your feet into the ground.
Step 2: Lift your arms up and back behind you, bend both knees and catch the outsides of your feet or ankles with a firm grip to prepare the lift.
Step 3: Lift your chest up by pressing your feet into your hands. Make sure your knees are hip-width apart. Look forward or down on the ground in front of you.
Step 4: Once you're in that position, rock back and forth on your stomach, from your rib cage to your pelvis.
Step 5: After 5 to 10 breaths, exhale and release your grip, lower your body all the way down and rest the opposite cheek on the mat.

Hey, guys. Cambio gals here again!

It's early in our fifth week here at AOL and a lot has happened since our last vlog (if you haven't seen it, watch it here). Our internship has become even more of an amazing whirlwind since the last time we checked in with you guys.

We've explored the city (and the AOL office). We've learned more about startups and tech at companies like Facebook and Cosmo. We've spent time meeting and interviewing celebrities, including Ashley Benson and Sweet Suspense. Somehow, between all of those tasks and excursions and general merriment, we've found some time to work on code, and since we're here at Cambio to code for the website itself, we decided to give you an update on our projects!

SUCH EXCITEMENT :)

Man Reportedly Suing Wife for Fraud After Seeing Her Without Makeup

young wedding couple. groom and ...This can't be real, can it?

An Algerian man is reportedly suing his own wife for fraud after seeing her without her makeup on. "The groom told the judge that he could not recognize his wife after she washed the make-up off her face," a court source told Emirates 247. "He said he was deceived by her as she used to fill up her face with make-up before their marriage." Apparently, when he saw the barefaced look, he was like:

"He said she looked very beautiful and attractive before their marriage, but when he woke up in the morning and found that she had washed the make-up off her face, he was frightened as he thought she was a thief."

He is suing her for a little over $20,000 in damages for "psychological suffering."

We have so many questions. First of all, how had he not seen her without makeup on before? We totally get it, for the first few dates, you make sure your makeup is on fleek because you want to look your best, but once you start spending a lot of time with someone, they're eventually going to see your fresh-faced look.

Secondly, what the heck kind of makeup was she wearing that she looked like a completely different person when she wasn't wearing it? We like to think our makeup does a lot - that's why we blow an entire paycheck at Sephora - but our it has never made us NOT look like ourselves. Even the best contouring will only make some subtle changes.

Either way, if this really happened and she was married to someone who didn't love her without her makeup on, this is probably a blessing in disguise.
