It looks like Mona will be heading to the
Dancing With the Stars stage.
Pretty Little Liars star
Janel Parrish has reportedly been cast on the ABC show, and is set to hit the ballroom when the show returns for its 19th season Sept. 15, according to
E! News.
ABC hasn't confirmed that casting rumor, and neither has Janel, but the site also reports that Olympian
Lolo Jones will also be making her debut on the show, as will
Antonio Sabato Jr..
Even though Mona isn't completely gone from
Pretty Little Liars following her shocking death on the ABC Family show's finale Tuesday - "I still exist in flashbacks,"
she tweeted Tuesday - fans are still mourning the loss of her character.
"Love that
#RIPMona is still trending world wide! I love you guys!,"
Janel tweeted Wednesday.
Janel also dished to
Zap2It about Mona's death, saying, "Don't be too bummed, she'll be back. She's going to be back in a different capacity. She's the new flashback girl, which I'm actually really excited about. I think fans will love it too. I know it's sad to see her go as an alive character, but she'll still be haunting Rosewood a little bit in some flashbacks and I think it's going to be really great to get some backstory on her."
As for who killed Mona, Janel added, "I do not know the exact, honest-to-God, 100 percent answer of who killed Mona, but I do have my suspicions and I'm pretty sure it's the same as everybody else - I'm thinking that everyone thinks it's Alison and I would be on the same thought train. But as always on our set, the writers keep things close to the vest. All will be revealed in time."
We can't wait to see what happens next.
