Rihanna and Katy Perry had been best buds up until about a year ago. Their cooling off period was reportedly fueled by Katy not approving of Rihanna getting back together with Chris Brown.Well, now that THAT problem is solved and both girls are single again, it looks like they've picked up right where they left off.
At the end of an entertaining Twitter exchange the two had in April, Katy promised Rihanna that she would be seeing her at Barclays Center (in New York).
So, last night when RiRi's "Diamonds" tour took her to the venue, Katy held up her end of the bargain and showed up to support her. "Throw it [up] throw it [up], that's how we [ball] out. #immacomintogetyouRiRi," she tweeted before the concert.
After the show, a source tells Us Weekly that the duo hung out backstage and "it was just like old times."
Aww...we're happy to hear that the pop star pals are back on good terms again.
Hopefully no man ever gets between them again!
