Lindsay Lohan stopped by The Late Show with David Letterman this week and while the talk show host was more than happy to see her, he couldn't help but wonder if she had a more pressing commitment."Aren't you supposed to be in rehab now?" he asked the troubled starlet.
Without hesitation, Lindsay quips back telling David that if he'd picked up a single tabloid, he would know she doesn't go in until May 2.
Letterman wasn't going to let it go, though, asking LiLo what exactly she'll be "rehabbing."
After a couple of quick looks off-camera (presumably to a publicist), Lindsay points out that these questions were not discussed in the pre-interview.
She tells David that during her three-month stay, she will take time to focus on what she loves in life so she can get back to doing what makes her most happy (working).
Surprisingly, Lindsay isn't dreading her check-in day, telling David that she sees it as a "blessing, not a curse."
We're glad to see that Lindsay is keeping such a positive attitude.
Hopefully this rehab stint will be the one that sticks!
