If you don't know who Hunter Hayes is by now, you will know about him after this weekend, we promise!
Basically the male version of Taylor Swift, Hunter's dominating the country charts as we speak and slowly making his way over to the pop music world.
His new single "Wanted" has tore up the radio and made many girls swoon. It even landed him three Grammy nominations and he's only 21 years old!

5. He's opened up for both Taylor Swift AND Carrie Underwood on tour!
Hunter is actually up against Carrie for an award at the Grammys.
He recently told MTV that he's super nervous to win for Best Country Solo Performance because she was his tour mate!
As for the other two awards he's nominated for, Best New Artist AND Best Country Album, he wants to take them home and already kind of has a speech prepared.
4. He has a killer collection of Converse shoes!
According to People, Hunter has over 20 pairs of the shoes! He has quite the range of colors but most of them are black and red.
Who knew country guys like Converse kicks?!
3. "Wanted" isn't his first big single.
He's actually been pretty popular in the country music world for quite awhile now. Hunter's song "Storm Warning" topped charts as well. The dude has been singing since he was 2!
2. He like to fly!
"I love flying planes," he told People. "I'm working on my pilot's license. I'm loving it. I was on a flight simulator all the time as a kid. It was something I kind of forgot about when I came to Nashville, but a friend of mine gifted me with pilot lessons."
1. He's single!! And he knows what kind of girl he's looking for...
"Someone who's patient enough to deal with my incredibly geeky self. I just love music gear, I'm a total geek all around," he said.
"I want to find someone who's really into something like I'm really into something, so that I can support them and we can both cheer each other on. I've got a lot of dreams I want to achieve, and I hope someone can cheer me on as I'll cheer them on in their dreams."
