Taylor Swift is on the cover of Vogue's February issue in which she dishes about everything from her career, her future and the "earth-shattering" heartbreak that has inspired her next album.

Although the 22-year-old is at the top of her game, she still worries about what's next. "This is what I've wanted to do my whole life," she explains. "It never freaks me out. Never. Ever. But you know what does freak me out? When is the other shoe going to drop? I am so happy right now. So I am always living in fear. This can't be real, right? This can't really be my life."

It its her life, and an awesome one at that, but Tay is anxious about what's to come, just like anyone else. "I fret about the future," she says. "What my next move should be. What the move after that should be. How I am going to sustain this. How do I evolve."

She continues, "I get so ahead of myself. I'm like, 'What am I going to be doing at 30?' But there's no way to know that! So it's this endless mind-boggling equation that you'll never figure out. I overanalyze myself into being a big bag of worries."

As for her personal life, Taylor insists that she's single, but a former heartbreak has become the focus of the songs on her forthcoming album and follow-up to 'Speak Now.' She admits, "There's just been this earth-shattering, not recent, but absolute crash-and-burn heartbreak, and that will turn out to be what the next album is about. The only way that I can feel better about myself -- pull myself out of that awful pain of losing someone -- is writing songs about it to get some sort of clarity."

It's worked before, so we have no doubt that it'll work again. Check out more from Taylor's interview on Vogue.com and pick up the February issue of the magazine when it hits newsstands on January 24.
