Wearing a white crocheted dress, black pumps and rocking long blonde locks, the budding designer proved that she could hold her own at a fashion event.
Amanda was in fashion school last year, but was reportedly kicked out in September. In October, her family checked her into a treatment center and she seems to be doing much better since.

She has mostly kept out of the public eye in recent months and last night's appearance at the event was a surprise for everyone, including the designer. "Our event planner is friends with her attorney," he told E! News exclusively in a statement. "But I had no idea Amanda was such a huge, huge fan of my work. She was really cool and was super nice, and we talked a lot about fashion!"
He also said she's going to come in and do some designs and sew with him. "I invited her to come over anytime she wants to use the sewing machines and I would teach her a little. She really liked that! We talked about her going to FIDM, and her sketches."
Nipping any rumors in the bud, he clarified that there wasn't a partnership in the works, but that they would just be having fun, which is a really cool opportunity for Amanda. She shared one of her designs on Twitter a few months ago and she definitely has a keen eye for fashion. We can't wait to see more of her stuff!
