Jordin Sparks continues to bring the sexy with her new music and we are all the way here for it.
First, the 25-year-old singer was the complete embodiment of a fierce desert queen in her video for "Right Here Right Now," and now she's bringing us even more sonic heat with the exclusive Billboard premiere of her song "100 Years."
Continuing her musical theme of grown and sexy jams that leave the ears sizzling, "100 Years" finds the former American Idol professing that not even a century is enough time to spend with her bae. "The seconds, the minutes, the hours/Are just too precious to waste/So when your arms are wrapped around me/I can take on anything," Jordin sings.
In the new track, Jordan's seductive vocals are reminiscent of the late R & B singer Aaliyah, and we are totally feeling her new approach to music.
"I was still experimenting with using my voice in different ways," the singer told Billboard. "I really love how this song turned out. It's just about, 'One hundred years just is not enough time for me to love you. I love you so much and all these different things and 100 years just isn't enough time.'"
If the song has us reaching for a fan to cool off, we can only assume that the video will set off all types of fire alarms.
Until Jordin's third album, Right Here Right Now, drops on Aug. 21, she'll be premiering a new song every Friday. In the meantime, we'll be searching for a spot in the shade to avoid overheating from exposure to excessive sexiness.
