Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from Lamar Odom just over a year ago. The couple had been married for four years and we watched, heartbroken, as Khloe dealt with the emotions surrounding the whole situation on last season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.Over the summer, Khloe reminded us that the wound was still fresh when she confessed to momager Kris Jenner that if it were up to her, she would still be married to Lamar.
We had heard that Khloe was having a tough time finalizing the divorce. One source told Us Weekly that it was because she couldn't track Lamar down, while another said that he wouldn't sign them.
It sounds like whatever the reason, she's still having trouble making her single status official. According to a new report by RadarOnline, the divorce is about a month and a half away from being dismissed, as Lamar still hasn't responded.
"With Lamar failing to respond, Khloe is well within her legal rights to go forward without him," a source told the site, saying that Khloe could "formally enter a default judgment of divorce, which would render her single again."
"But even after all of the heartbreak Lamar has caused Khloe, there is a hesitation on her part to do anything," they continued. "If nothing is done, in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge."
