Starring in a blockbuster movie franchise like the Hunger Games and winning an Oscar could give you a big head, but Jennifer Lawrence has stayed down to earth despite her crazy success.
So what's the starlet's secret to not getting a supersized ego?
"I surround myself with 'No' people...people who are constantly telling me no, and 'Don't act like that' and 'You look terrible'," she explained at the Mockingjay: Part 1 press conference in NYC.
"My publicist I've had since I was 16 years old; my agent I've had since I was 17. I have an amazing group of friends that are not in the business that I've been friends with for years before any of this happened that I trust," Jen said.
"Something strange does happen when you become famous...it's just the way that people look at you," the 24-year-old shared. "It makes you feel alienated and kind of odd, so I try to surround myself with people who never look at me that way and never fake laugh at my jokes."
See Jen on the big screen (without a big ego) today, when Mockingjay finally flies into theaters!
