Some girls want to look hot on Halloween in their costumes. Katy Perry took that literally.
Rather than rocking a barely-there costume, the "Roar" singer went as a (hilarious) Flamin' Hot Cheeto instead, complete with bright red tights, matching sneakers and a Hot Cheetos handbag to boot.
After her costume started trending on Twitter, Katy tweeted, "*WIPES CHEETO DUST OFF SHOULDERS*," retweeting the trend. Then, the official Chester Cheetah Instagram got in on the fun, tweeting, "@katyperry If you think you can make me fall in love by dressing as a Flamin' Hot Cheeto, you're 100% correct." To which Katy replied, "Lay me down on ur flames." Spicy.
According to Marie Claire (via Us Weekly), Katy actually has a thing for Flaming Hot Cheetos - she devoured them after her divorce from her ex-husband Russell Brand.
"There were two weeks of my life after I found out the truth of my marriage, where I was like 'Okay, all right. I can't feel this,'" she told the mag in January 2014. "I was, like, just eating Flamin' Hot Cheetos and drinking, and that's it."
