Amanda Bynes just got sprung from the psychiatric facility she was being involuntarily held at and wasted no time getting back on Twitter to take shots at her family.
Once again, she put her dad on blast, claiming he sexually abused her.
The police filed a report against my dad - I am not able to be in the same room with him. He is a sexual predator and he SHOULD BE IN JAIL

This is the same claim she Tweeted then deleted before she was last hospitalized. Her dad and entire family have completely denied that allegation.The 28-year-old also called her father and Sam Lutfi, who helped facilitate getting her into treatment, ugly.

Amanda Tweeted she was going to court today to try get her parents' conservatorship lifted, but she never actually showed up.

A lawyer claiming to rep her did go to court, but the judge ruled Amanda wasn't capable of hiring legal help herself so the hearing never even began and the conservatorship stays in place.Amanda was last seen eating watermelon at Mel's Diner in Hollywood with an unknown male.
We hope she's okay and we're glad the court decided to keep the conservatorship for now...it's clearly necessary!
