Lady Gaga and Madonna have had a love-hate relationship for quite some time now.
Since their joint appearance on Saturday Night Live in 2009, there hasn't been a whole lot of the love half happening. The two pop divas have long been compared to each other and while they seemed cool with it at first, there have been shots fired from both sides.
While it had been quiet for a little while, we were still well-aware of their current frenemy status and Gaga reminded us that the hard feelings are still alive and well.
In a new interview with People Greece magazine, the pop star listed her top five musical influences, then added, "I would like to say Madonna, but let me tell you something...If I was an established artist, I would love to help younger artists."
The reporter then asked if Gaga was saying Madonna had no soul, which seems like a bit of a jump to us, but apparently not so much to Mother Monster, "You said it, not me!" she said.
Yikes! Wonder if Madge will have anything to say about that?
