9 Things to Do Before Summer Is Over

Two girls enjoying bubble teaSummer is all about having fun, making new memories to keep you warm during the dull winter and exploring new things. But let's be honest: Not all of us have interesting lives like the Kardashians or are as lucky as Jay Alvarrez and Alexis Reneg to get to travel the world. Most of our summer is spent inside our room watching netflix and eating. Don't get me wrong. I quite enjoy watching Netflix, but it gets boring after you finish watching your favorite show and don't know what else to do with your life. Here are few things you can do to make your summer memorable before it is over. 1. Explore Your Own City

Even though you have lived there all your life, there might still be some places that you have never been to. Grab some of your besties, explore your city like a foreigner and learn why other people want to visit where you live.​​​​

2. Try New Looks

In today's world, fashion is everything. Even if you don't start your day with a #ootd post in Instagram, you still put on your favorite piece of clothing and fix your hair before going out. During this summer, try out different fashion dares and find what you like the most.

3. Have a Sleepover

Sleepovers can be fun, too, if you don't spend the whole night lying next to each other on your phones and complaining. Do something fun like have a dance-off or play truth or dare with your friends!

4. Stay Healthy

Who doesn't love chips and soda or any unhealthy food, right? Even though you can't stop eating unhealthy all at once, take baby steps like drinking a lot of water to start.

5. Make a Summer Playlist

Listening to your favorite artists can get boring sometimes, even though you love them. Whether it's One Direction or J. Cole, it doesn't matter. Find new artists that you like, ask your friends for music suggestions and make a new playlist to listen to during the summer (and be sure to check out Col[lab]'s very own summer playlist on Spotify!).

6. Instagram It

TBH, you don't really have fun unless you post pictures on some social media. 'Gram or tweet about whatever that you think was a fun thing that you did this summer. It can be as simple as drinking Starbucks, but if you take a picture of that Starbucks and put some Instagram filter, it's going to look like you had fun.

7. Go Swimming

Text some of your friends and go out to the nearest pool. Take pictures, get tan and have fun.

8. Capture the Memories

Human brains cannot remember everything. That's why we have technology to do it for us. It could be a photograph, a video or even a Snapchat. Capture memories that you can look back later on when you grow older and wiser.
9. Start a New Hobby

We don't always have time during the "busy" school year, so why not do something productive during the summer? Do what you love whether it's reading, writing or drawing. Or, if you don't yet know what you love doing, do some research like watching some YouTube videos about the hobby you want to start and find out what you love doing in your free time.

Is Blac Chyna Sending Tyga a Message With This New Bikini Pic?

Uh oh...it looks like Blac Chyna might have just thrown some more social media shade on Kylie Jenner and Tyga.

Blac Chyna used to date Tyga and the pair share a son together, but now that he and Kylie are a rumored couple, she hasn't exactly been happy about the whole thing. After trading subtle (and not-so-subtle) jabs for a few weeks on Twitter and Instagram, it seemed that both parties had sort of let it die. On May 15, she tweeted, "Tyga I forgive you ! Im over the drama..." so we were really hoping that was the end of it.

Then, yesterday, she posted this seemingly innocuous bikini pic on Instagram, but when everyone saw the caption, they couldn't help but wonder if it was a message for Tyga. "I know u miss me," she wrote, along with the lipstick kiss emoji.

So far, she hasn't said whether or not she was talking about Tyga, but since she and Kylie have both used social media to throw shade before, fans aren't totally out of line in assuming that she might be talking about him.

zayn malik dumped perrie edwards via text messageSince news of Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards' breakup, there have been so many rumors floating. Yesterday, we heard some theories about what caused Zerrie to call off their engagement.

Now, new rumors have surfaced that Zayn broke up with Perrie via text message. If this is true...not cool, Zayn. We're not entirely sure we believe it though, tbh.

A source told The Sun: "It's unbelievable, he's an immature little boy with no thought for anyone else's feelings...But he ended their engagement with one text message and in the two weeks since there's been complete radio silence between them. Who does that? She's devastated, which everyone understands, but is doing her best to focus on work and to put on a brave face in public."

Um. Really?! We can't imagine he'd wimp out and end their long engagement with a text message. Who does that?

Meanwhile, while Zayn hasn't specifically talked about the breakup, he did tweet yesterday: "You just can't do enough for some people, I guess."

Cryptic much? Was he throwing shade at Perrie? Is this yet another Naughty Boy diss? A song lyric?

He changed course and started talking about new music, sending a shoutout to fans: "Love you all... Always make me feel good :)."

Zayn also promised an "amazing" album while teasing "something exciting coming soon."

Kylie Jenner Picked an Interesting Name for Her Pet Bunny

Screening Of 20th Century Fox's Kylie Jenner just added another furry friend to her family when she brought home this adorable little bunny. The reality star already owns two dogs - Norman and Bambi - so her new bunny will be pet number three.

She didn't say how she picked the names for her dogs, but the name she chose for the bunny seems to definitely have a deep personal connection.

Yep, she named it Bruce.

Bruce was the name Kylie's dad Caitlyn Jenner went by while she was living her life as a male prior to her transition, so it doesn't seem coincidental that Kylie named her bunny that. While it was a little surprising, Kylie has been incredibly supportive of Cait's transition and we're sure it was a loving gesture - as it isn't uncommon to name a pet (or even a child) after someone you love.

When Caitlyn first announced her transition during her Diane Sawyer interview, Kylie took to Twitter to share her support, writing, "I'm so proud of you, Dad. You are so brave. My beautiful Hero."

Move over, Kim Kardashian...Caitlyn Jenner is making waves in the social media world!

The 65-year-old is nominated for the Teen Choice Awards' Social Media Queen and Cait knows that if she wants to win a title like that, she needs to start posting some serious selfies!

"No #SocialMediaQueencan be crowned without posting a selfie, so here's my first!" she captioned the photo above, hoping it will help her score a victory in the category. She's up against Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj who have all been on social media for much longer than she has, so she's playing catch-up a little bit.

Still, she's doing pretty well. She's already amassed over 3 million Instagram followers and almost as many on Twitter. She also made Twitter history, breaking President Obama's record for the fastest Twitter user to reach a million followers. President Obama did it in just under five hours and Cait did it in four hours and four minutes.

When Cait first found out about the nomination for the Teen Choice Award, she shared a touching caption with her followers, writing, "And to think I wouldn't have qualified for this nomination a few months ago... Miles Teller Slams 'Esquire' For Calling Him a Dick

Sure, Miles Teller was really good at playing a jerk in Insurgent, but that doesn't mean he's one in real life.

Still, Esquire basically called him just that after a recent interview with him, with the mag sending out a link promoting the September cover story, tweeting, "Miles Teller is on a quest for greatness (with a bit of d-kishness too)." It turned out the Whiplash star didn't find that funny at all. He soon fired back, tweeting, "@esquire couldn't be more wrong. I don't think there's anything cool or entertaining about being a dick or an a**hole. Very misrepresenting." Gulp.

The mag didn't just tweet that he's a dick, though. The writer of the article, Anna Peele, referred to him as a dick throughout the article, which started off with this: "You're sitting across from Miles Teller at the Luminary restaurant in Atlanta and trying to figure out if he's a dick."

"So yeah, he is kind of a dick," Anna continues. "But the thing is, you agree with him: His admittedly limited body of work so far, his oeuvre-a word you define and spell for him, so who's the dick now?-is pretty great."

And while she did praise his acting work to date, there was more dick name calling to be had after she asked him about a TMZ clip surfaced showing him seemingly intoxicated and dancing at the BottleRock Napa Valley music and wine festival.

"I don't give a sh*t," he replied. "I can either censor myself or not, and you're always trying to figure it out. It's how you deal with the paparazzi. Do you not do what you would do? Do you live your life with all these filters and censors because everyone has a camera? Or do you f**king dance how you would dance and have people say, 'Oh, he's on drugs'? I was drinking and was at a f**king Brett Dennen f**king concert."

Anna wrote, "You wonder how much he really doesn't give a sh*t. Because it kind of seems like no one gives more of a sh*t about what he does. Enough that, yeah, he has to be kind of a dick about it. How can you not like that?"

And she didn't end the article before calling him that once more, writing, "He gives you a hug and goes off to contribute to the cache or catalog or canon or whatever the f**k you call it and charm the world with his dickishness."

Still, although the article wasn't the most positive depiction of Miles, the 28-year-old thesp was candid, even breaking down the surprisingly low amounts he was paid to star in a few of his successful indie films, saying he earned $5,000 for Rabbit Hole, $7,000 for The Spectacular Now and $8,000 for Whiplash.

When he isn't dabbling in those small indies though, he's making big bucks from his upcoming film Fantastic Four, and of course, the Divergent franchise.

Zayn now apparently totally has the hots for Kylie, after he favorite one of her tweets. While his fave list only includes 10 tweets, Kylie's, which shows her posing in a pretty dress with the tweet reading "Outfit," is drawing loads of attention because Zayn favorited it on July 30.

According to the Zerrie timeline, it's believed he favorited Kylie's tweet one week after he and Perrie broke up (which he reportedly did via a text message). Is anything going on between Zayn and Kylie? Or are fans just reading into things? Favoriting a tweet is hardly being flirty or wanting to date someone.

Drake Just Had an Epic Reunion With His 'Degrassi' Costars

Screening Of By Any Means Necessary's Drake took a brief break from dragging Meek Mill to return to his roots.

Following his Meek-dissing show at the OVOFest in Toronto, the rapper reunited with some of his former Degrassi costars at the We Are Disorderly premiere in his hometown Wednesday, posing for pics with Degrassi: The Next Generation's Lauren Collins, Daniel Clark and Adamo Ruggiero, who played Paige, Sean and Marco, respectively.

And if this pic isn't enough to give you the feels, Daniel posted another a shot of himself smiling for the camera with Drake and former Degrassi actor Robby Clarke. "With the #tdot #king for a private screening of the incredible new web show! #wearedisorderly @wearedisorderly #the6 @champagnepapi @thedanielclark," he captioned the shot.

When Drake (known then as actor Aubrey Graham) was on the show from 2001 to 2009, he played wheelchair-bound Jimmy Brooks, who even showed off his rapping skills from time to time. Crazy to think he went from that to one of the top rappers in the music industry not long after he left the show, but we're glad to see he hasn't forgotten where he came from.

Rita Ora Releases "Body on Me" Duet With Chris Brown

After teasing their upcoming duet on Instagram a couple of weeks ago, Rita Ora has finally released "Body On Me," her sexy duet featuring Chris Brown. As its title suggests, "Body On Me" only serves to intensify the summer's peak levels of steaminess, as the duet partners create lyrically sensual sparks between one another.

Rita opens the track by letting her guy know how she plans to get the romance flowing as she sings, "Baby let's cut down the lights/I just really wanna let this fire burn bright/I'm just tellin' you to have an open mind/Just imagine us/You're taking me there, you're taking me there/Our lips are barely touching/ So do it again, so do it again/We could be on to something."

And with lyrics that are vaguely reminiscent of his 2013 single "Love More," Chris follows up with, "Put you up against the wall/And I'ma go to work 'til you get up/ Baby, soon as you're done we'll go some more/ Girl just imagine us."

Obviously fans of Rita and #TeamBreezy are totally pumped over the sultry, laid-back track. "Body On Me" certainly has the potential to make its way up the charts, not to mention the fact that the song is practically begging for a video.

Sure, Rita's been busy on the big screen with huge roles in Fifty Shades Of Grey and more recently, the Jake Gyllenhaal film Southpaw, but hopefully she and Chris can dedicate some time to blessing us with some visuals to go along with The Monsters and the Strangerz-produced track. "Body On Me" is definitely bringing the heat, but a video will send the temps soaring through the roof.

That's exactly what went down in a new mashup that's just made its way online. YouTuber Kate Parkin created magical "Harry Potter"-themed Tay Tay awesomeness. We are kind of obsessed.

Kate also known as weasleysweaters on YouTube, took several songs off Taylor's 1989 album and changed the lyrics to reflect "Potter" story lines and themes. Taylor's not doing the singing, though. The tunes are all sung by Kate, and are from the perspectives of different characters in Potter-ville. Sweet costumes are involved, too.

For women, stocking up on a feminine products is quite frankly, a major pain in the a*s. But as we know all too well, it comes with territory so there's no use in making a huge fuss over it - unless a rude cashier dares suggest we use a paper towel to attend to our feminine needs.

Those sound like fighting words, right? Unfortunately, they were spoken in real life to a woman named Lauren Jovanović, whose viral Facebook post describes her unbelievable encounter with a snarky grocery store employee in the Australian supermarket Coles.

AMEN, Lauren! Unfortunately, maturity can't be taught, but the store clerk could definitely benefit from some thorough sensitivity training along with a lesson in grocery store etiquette (and kindness) from the man who footed the grocery bill for random customers.

Some women (not much unlike myself) would've probably had a few choice four-letter words for this insensitive store clerk, but Lauren deserves a medal for this epic example of a diplomatic smackdown.

Calvin Harris reminded us today why he's boyfriend goals when he dropped his new music video featuring Taylor Swift's BFF Gigi Hadid. Gigi looks flawless beyond belief, but some fans think casting her BFF isn't Calvin's only shout out to Taylor.

Hmmm. Is this all just a coincidence or totally shout outs to T-Swift? Calvin DID cast one of her BFFs as the lead role. And the two scenes do look very similar. Plus, Taylor's Tumblr coven is usually right.

Okay, it might be a stretch. Either way, Talvin seems stronger than ever and we're still obsessed with how deep their love is. Taylor posted a pic with Calvin and Karlie Kloss in her kitchen on Karlie's birthday. And we can't even keep up with how many of each other's Instagrams they're liking anymore.

And it's no surprise Gigi slays onscreen in "How Deep Is Your Love," as this isn't her first music video. Gigi starred alongside then-boyfriend Cody Simpson in his sultry "Surfboard" video back in April 2014. She's now dating Joe Jonas and seems super happy. The couple recently took an adorable trip to Dinseyland.

Honestly, from G.I. Joe joining Talvin and Karlie for a scenic boat ride in London to Gigi starring in Calvin's music video, this crew is basically the epitome of squad goals.

When a fan posted this pic with Ruby Rose after they met in Ibiza, he couldn't help but notice the giant Gigi Hadid poster in the background that made it look like she was watching them.

"Really nice to meet @RubyRose in Ibiza. Pleasure to talk to and a real cool chick! Love the backdrop too!" Yeah, not a bad view! Hey, if you can't get the mountains or the ocean for a backdrop, Gigi Hadid posing seductively is the next best thing.

When Ruby saw the pic, she tagged the blonde bombshell and joked that it was a total photobomb. We know, we know, there is an ongoing debate about whether or not a photobomb HAS to be intentional, but she was kidding and we thought it was funny. Turns out, so did Gigi. Her reply? "Yaaas! Watching U ;)"

In case you're wondering, Ruby was in Ibiza for work. In addition to being an actress, model and all-around awesome person, she is also a DJ and she had a gig at a local club on August 2.

Slick Chicks Underwear Allow Women to Change Panties Without Removing Their Clothes

One of the true signs that you've entered womanhood is that moment you opt to remove your bra without taking off your shirt first. All jokes aside, on exhausting days it can almost feel like a race against the clock to get the undergarment off at lightning speed. But what if women had the same flexibility with their panties?

As reported by Mashable, an intimates brand by the name of Slick Chicks is available to solve every woman's discretionary underwear-changing needs. The collection leans more toward the functional than the frilly, but it is remarkable in that the wearer can utilize its hook and eye closures to swap out a pair of panties without having to remove any other clothing.

If the idea of changing your undies in any other place than in the privacy of your home appeals to you, then Slick Chicks founder Helya Mohammadian has all the bases covered.

"I designed this line for women who are in situations where they can't readily get to the bathroom," she notes, also adding that the ol' underwear switcheroo can easily be performed in restaurant or on a subway train.

"No one will know," she added.

Um, OK. This idea might take some getting used to, but the ability to swap undies in public without notice isn't the only thing that differentiates the Slick Chicks line from the rest. Priced between $26 and $28, the unique undergarments are also designed with the active woman in mind. According to the company website, the panties contain "breathable fibers and moisture-wicking, antimicrobial technology" that combats common issues like "accidental leakage, sweaty crotch, or an unexpected visit from 'Aunt Flo."

Honestly, this is sounding better by the minute, but Helya's pro-independent reason for developing Slick Chicks is the real cake topper.

"Whether it's an expectant mother, someone with a physical handicap or someone who needs assistance changing, the easy clasps make it easy for anyone to change themselves," Helya said. "You can be active, you can be pregnant or in a wheelchair, but know that with this underwear you can really be able to do it yourself."

Terminally Ill 5-Year-Old Gets Her Dream Birthday, Prom and Wedding

Lila May Schow's parents threw her a huge bash to celebrate the milestones she might not live to see.

At only two years old, she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma, her dad Ryan Schow, told ABC News. "She's been fighting ever since," he said. "It's been 3 years, well over nine surgeries...numerous chemo-therapies."

As Lila approached her fifth birthday, doctors told her parents they were out of options to treat her cancer, CBS affiliate KOIN reported. Her body is no longer strong enough for further chemo treatments and she is expected to live only until around Thanksgiving.
So, her parents decided to throw her a big party to celebrate her life, not only in honor of her birthday, but the wedding and prom that she might not get to attend. They started a Facebook page to get things organized and with a ton of support in the community, they through Lila one epic party.

Since she loves princesses, they went with a Cinderella theme, and a donated horse and carriage was her ride to the party. Lila arrived as Cinderella, wearing a crown and princess dress, and hundreds of people from around the country were there to cheer her on as she stepped inside.
Local stylists donated their services to do Lila, her friends and her mom's Heidi's hair and make-up, and there were a ton of activities for kids, including crown making and face painting. The whole party was funded for the family.

According to Buzzfeed, her father proposed at the party, "married" her in a ceremony, and they got their father-daughter dance. She wrapped her arms around his neck as tears formed in his eyes.
When Lila was asked what she loved most about the party she said, "she really liked all the princesses and she said 'When my daddy cried b/c he was so happy," Ryan told ABC News. "We did a father/daughter dance and I couldn't contain myself."

Nicki Minaj Performs On ABC's Just one week after calling out her ex-fiancé on stage during a Pinkprint tour performance, Nicki Minaj is back at it again. This time, though, the rapper's putting someone on blast for an altogether different type of sneak diss.

Per Billboard, the "Anaconda" rapper took to Instagram on Thursday to upload a video of a random bootlegger shamelessly hawking Pinkprint tour merchandise on the side of the road. As carloads of screaming Barbz drive by fawning over the Head Barb in Charge, Nicki can be heard asking the shady character, "Sir, where did you get those shirts?"
Um... awkward! On the other hand, maybe it wasn't so uncomfortable for the guy, who completely ignores Nicki's question and instead, pulls out his cell phone to film the interaction.

Jig's up, sir. Now that you've been spotted by Nicki, you have no choice but to put the brakes on your illegal pop-up shop operation. It's a good thing she has a sense of humor, but he still totally deserves one of Nicki's sternest side eyes.

Yep, Ryan is covering every song on Taylor's latest piece of work. "Shake It Off," "Style," and "Bad Blood," all included. How cool, right?!

Taylor thought so. When she caught wind of the news, she basically freaked the eff out on Twitter. She said she was going to "pass out." Ryan confirmed that it was really happening and told her her songs were "badass." That's when Tay Tay fangirled like no other. Ryan already gave fans a snipet of what we can all expect from his Tay project. He's working on "Welcome to New York," and it sounds pretty awesome so far.
