Bow Wow's Daughter Looks Just Like Him

Shad Moss a.k.a. Bow Wow's adorable 4-year-old daughter, Shai, is growing up so fast...and we couldn't help but notice she looks just like her dad! In a sweet Instagram snap he posted last week, the CSI: Cyber star's mini-me sits on his lap in a car with both of them making the same silly, surprised face.

"Poppa bear & Baby bear," he captioned the snap. Seriously, their resemblance is uncanny. Little Shai looks just like Lil' Bow Wow did when he first hit the music scene.

Aside from the fact that they're twinning, we wouldn't be too surprised if Shai followed in Shad's footsteps one day. She already loves to put on a show, as indicated by this Instagram video, which shows her striking poses on a bathroom counter and twirling her braids (we can't take all the cuteness here).

Ariana Grande Got 'Scream Queens' Role Because She's Into 'Weird Stuff'

While September can't come soon enough for us to check out Ryan Murphy's new series, Ariana is dishing some deets now. In this new Scream Queens behind-the-scenes video, Ariana explains the premise of the show and her character, Chanel #2, who she describes as "a loyal friend" and "timid."

Ari also explains that she got the role because of her mix of being girly (perfect for the sorority sister group of Chanels) but also because she's into "messed-up horror, Gothic, crazy, weird stuff."

Of course, we don't know if Ari's character will end up getting killed off or not, seeing as Ryan will be killing almost everyone off!

Ryan recently told The Hollywood Reporter: "It's similar to American Horror Story in that it's anthological but different in that at the end of the first season there will only be four characters out of 25 left. And those four in season two will go on to a new horror genre...That's the format of the show."

We're guessing Ariana doesn't stand a chance of survival.

OK, so that's obviously not an official invitation but since hearing whispers that the couple plan to marry on Nov. 22, we felt like we were actually on the inside for a brief moment.

Getting back to reality, sources told US Weekly that the handsome couple will exchange vows four days before Thanksgiving at Florida's Breakers Palm Beach Resort, and judging by the swanky seaside location, they appear to be planning for a huge ceremony. The oceanfront property accommodates up to 800 guests and sits on 140 acres.

"They want all their family and friends there celebrating," the insider revealed. "It'll be the most fun wedding ever!"

After giving us total squad goals with her all-girl hangouts in St. Tropez earlier this week, the former Vampire Diaries star threw caution to the wind and kissed her bae for all the world to see Friday, who also came along for the trip.

In several cute snaps, Nina and new boyfriend Austin Stowell could be seen smooching all over the French Riviera town - on the beach, before they hopped on a jet ski, and packing on more PDA while they were on the jet ski while they were on the jet ski. It's clear these two are into each other.

We love seeing Nina happy with Austin, especially after she had to deal with all those questions about ex Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed's relationship. Now everyone can see that she has moved on too.

News first surfaced that Nina and Austin were dating after they were spotted getting cozy at the Improv in Hollywood last month, and getting "touchy-feely' at her Final Girls screening in Los Angeles not long after that.

Our hearts sank when the duo revealed Monday they were calling it quits after four years of marriage, so it was nice to see them still putting on a united front...even if it was just on Twitter.

"Hey @mirandalambert can u believe there's people who haven't bought @ashleymonroe new album? Isn't that shocking?!!," Blake randomly tweeted Miranda Friday. "@blakeshelton no I can't because it is the best work she has ever done! I love it! We love you @ashleymonroe http://smarturl.it/theblade," she responded.
And then, to our delight, there was more. "@blakeshelton I knew it.... You WERE pregnant! This calls for a drink!," Miranda tweeted, along with a shot of him pushing a baby carriage and acting silly in front of paparazzi after their divorce news was announced. When the paps asked him that day if he had any regrets about their failed marriage, he said, "Yeah, man. I shoulda drank more today."
"Ha!!!!! Busted... I wasn't JUST a fat a**. Drinking shall now begin...," he said in response to Miranda's tweet. And in case anyone is wondering, Blake doesn't care if anyone was unamused by their Twitter convo. After a fan tweeted him, "losing respect because of this whole charade," he tweeted back, "Well rest assured not one sh*t is given.." Lolz.

At least these two have a sense of humor in the midst of a situation that can't be easy for either one of them (can they just go ahead and get back together, though?).

Cannes Watch DiCaprioThere's something majorly swoon-worthy about a charitable, environmentally conscious man - especially if his name is Leonardo DiCaprio.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Leo raised $40 million at his second annual Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation fundraising event, which was held in Saint-Tropez on Wednesday. The Hollywood hottie founded the organization in 1998 in an effort to help preserve the environment and natural habitats of wild animals.

The 40-year-old Oscar-winning actor donated jewelry and artwork from his personal collection for the charity auction that took place at the star-studded gala. Among the famous attendees were Kate Hudson, Naomi Campbell and Orlando Bloom, as well as Elton John and John Legend, who both performed at the event.

Fortunately, Leo attracts just as much attention for his awareness and generosity as he does for his dazzling acting resume.

Last year, Leo was one of many celebrities who took part in the popular Ice Bucket Challenge. After volunteering to be doused in freezing cold water, The Wolf of Wall Street star went a step further and agreed to donate $100,000 to the ALS Association. He also opened his heart (and his wallet) wide by raising over $200,000 for the Haiti earthquake victims in adiition to donating $70,000 of his own money.

Sigh. Reason 1,000,0001 why Leo's one of Hollywood's hottest actors.

The Boy Next Door star - who looks more fabulous than ever - celebrated her 46th (!) birthday Friday with an adorable throwback pic that gave us all types of feels. The pic was just the first of J.Lo's celebratory Instagram posts, which also included a meme of Marilyn Monroe with the words "It's My Birthday" on it, and a shot of legendary actress Lauren Bacall. "Current mood #itsmybirthday #LEO," she wrote alongside the snap of Lauren, who is palming a string of pearls and smoldering for the camera in the photo.

For her 45th birthday last year, J.Lo blew our minds when she posted a stunning shot of herself showing off her toned bod in a bikini. While she didn't share a current snap of herself on her birthday this year, it's clear the triple threat star is only getting better with time, and she feels that way too.

"I feel great about being able to do everything that I did in my 20s better now," she told Complex earlier this year. "That's what happens as you mature, you get better. You have more experience. And I'm proud of that."

Kristen Bell Leaves "Frozen" Voicemail For Ailing Fan That Will Totally Melt Your Heart

Thanks to Kristen Bell combining her talents as a mother and actress, one young "Frozen" fan didn't have to wait for the sequel to catch up with Anna, the Princess of Arendelle.

In the most adorable gesture ever, the 35-year-old actress eased back into the role of Anna when she left a voicemail for 6-year-old Avery Huffman, who was recently diagnosed with a rare form of inoperable brain cancer.

After learning about Avery's condition through the Huffmans' family friend, Kristen (or Anna, actually) called to congratulate Avery on being a "good girl" and complimented the young fan on her bravery. While the message certainly delighted a self-professed "Frozen" super fan like Avery, we're guessing her entire day was made when she received the title of "honorary princess."

In addition to posting updates about Avery on Twitter with the hashtag #AveryStrong, her father Brandon uploaded a video on YouTube of Avery's reaction to her newly acquired status as Disney royalty. While we wouldn't blame her for breaking into an impromptu rendition of "Do You Want to Build a Snowman," she managed to hold it together even though she was obviously giddy with excitement to receive a personal message from one of her favorite characters.

Aw, Kristen. This was one of the most sincere and thoughtful celebrity fan interactions ever. We're definitely tearing up a little.

Jewelbots: The Coolest, Smartest Wearable Built By You

Friends and former co-workers, Sara Chipps and Brooke Moreland, have launched a new tech company, Jewelbots, targeted at innovative young girls.

Sara, the CEO, and Brooke, the COO, created Jewelbots to inspire young girls to get involved with technology and provide a community they can share their innovations with. Jewelbots are unique tech wearables that go beyond a personal tracking device - they are meant to create a community. Girls can customize their Jewelbots with pre-built code, or they can create their own unique features, like making the bracelet flash a certain color when someone likes their photo on Instagram (I've already decided that my color will be purple.)

The company is only two years old, and these ladies already have big plans and things to be excited about. They recently held two hackathons in San Francisco and New York City, both sponsoring Girls Who Code. I had the pleasure of chatting with these two fierce entrepreneurs and learned the inspiration behind this empowering initiative.

LP: So you guys are besties, and you came up with this amazing product. What was the inspiration behind Jewelbots?

SARA AND BROOKE: Sara has a background as a developer, but I didn't. When I went to start a tech company, I found it really hard not having the kind of tools or literacy to explain what I wanted to try to make or get done - it was really frustrating! Growing up it didn't occur to me that could be a field that I would like. I know that I would have, it just wasn't on my radar.

One thing that both of us care a lot about is getting more women into tech and tech adjacent roles. The focus is getting and finding something that girls love and giving them the ability code and customize it with technology.

Awesome! Does Jewelbots cater towards a specific age demographic?

This particular product is focused on girls aged 9-14, but the tech is fascinating and can lend itself to other use cases. Right now, we are starting on this age group as who we want to target. We really want to inspire girls at that age that are developing their interests so they can get involved at school and in other communities.

After you came up for the idea for Jewelbots - which is amazing, by the way - what are the primary goals you put together for producing and rolling out the product?

The biggest goal, the end goal for us, is to get more women involved in computer science and to eliminate gender disparity in the workforce. Our goal this year is to get the product manufactured and be able to ship the products. It's quite challenging to get things built; hardware is particularly hard! We are doing a Kickstarter campaign right now, and it's doing really well. We're pumped! It shows us that there's demand for what we're building and it's great - we've gotten so much enthusiasm there. Our biggest challenge now is to deliver it and build a product that works and is awesome.

What research did you do to make this an ideal product for young girls?

The entire idea for Jewelbots , the functionality and the design, all comes from talking to girls about what they're interested in, why it's important to them, and how they use technology. They have been a big part of this the entire (journey). The next step is getting the actual units in girls' hands and watching and observing how they communicate and use the product, seeing what makes sense to them and what doesn't.

How can girls customize the bracelets and innovate?

Right out of the box Jewelbots can be programmed using a smartphone app; this doesn't require any coding. Girls can create different functionality. [For example] when my friend Sara is near me both of our bracelets turn green, or I'm able to send messages to different people from my bracelet to their bracelet. Then, later on they can plug their Jewelbots into the computer and actually program them using open source software.

They can write their own functionality syncing to their own social media accounts, allowing the bracelet to light up when they get an Instagram like, or really anything they want. The sky's the limit! That's the exciting part: all the cool functionality for Jewelbots hasn't been built yet. We're so excited to see what (the girls) come up with.



Jewelbots' website will also have resources for learning new code and have prebuilt code ready to use for beginners. Sara and Brooke stress that they don't want girls to get frustrated and quit - these bracelets should be fun! If you're an expert coder, you can be a power user of Jewelbots and even become an influencer in your community.

Set to change the world by empowering young girls to learn, innovate, and share their creations with a community of like-minded individuals, Jewelbots opens the door for a new kind of wearable. Nothing sounds fiercer to me!

Forever 21 Wants To Put Your Face On The Big Screen

Forever 21 has teamed up with BREAKFAST, a rapid product and prototype company, to build one of the coolest marketing campaigns ever done. Having launched unique campaigns in the past that gets shoppers involved with their brand, Forever 21 found it had been two years since their last campaign. They teamed up with BREAKFAST to come up with something that hadn't been done before, and the Thread Screen concept was created for their "Tried and True" back to school campaign.

I chatted with BREAKFAST's co-founder and chief creative officer Andrew Zolty about the inspiration behind this crazy concept: "Forever 21 was looking to experiment with something quite different than what they've done in the past, and BREAKFAST happens to specialize in doing the never-been-done before. They gave us a rather open brief, and from the start we knew we wanted to build a web-connected experience that anyone could try from anywhere in the world."

The F21 Thread Screen displays your photo from Instagram, identifying it by the hashtag #f21threadscreen. Comprised of 6,400 spools of thread that continually rotate making 36 different colors to create your photo, thread was a no-brainer for this campaign, says Zolty, "with it being the most basic element of fashion and quite versatile." Zolty shares that Instagram was the social platform of choice, "as it's the most artistic/creative of social networks." Fun fact: Forever 21 is the 45th most followed account on Instagram.

So how do you get involved in this massive campaign? All you need to do is make your Instagram public and tag your desired photo with #f21threadscreen, and your image will go live on the Thread Screen at f21threadscreen.com.

Because there are so many fierce shoppers out there, your photo may take a while to display with the running queue of submissions. Anticipating this popularity, Zolty and Forever 21 came up with the perfect solution: "[we're] commenting back on everyone's Instagrams after their image goes up with a url where they can watch a video of their image on the screen. They can also then download their video to their phone and share back to Instagram or the like."

I tried this out myself (and even sported some Forever 21 rags), and the results were rad.

It's not too late for you to get your own video to share with your besties - the campaign runs 24 hours a day and ends on July 28. Not wearing something from Forever 21 in the photo you want to tag, but still look #onfleek? Go ahead and tag it - Forever 21 doesn't want to limit their fans, "the F21 Thread Screen is open to everyone!"

In other photos from the shoot, Kim has cornrows in her hair. The shoot was probably way before Kylie Jenner's cornrow controversy, but we still can't help but wonder if people will feel the same way about Kim's hair.


On Friday, Complex magazine asked their Twitter followers what they thought, but it didn't seem to stir up the same discussion about cultural appropriation that Kylie's cornrows did. Perhaps because, as one commenter pointed out, she wasn't styling her own hair for the shoot, so she didn't necessarily pick that hairstyle.


As far as the drink itself, Kim obviously can't drink it now that she's pregnant again, but during a recent appearance, she told E! News what she likes most about it, saying, "I love the taste, there's a few different flavors and I love this one that's in the pink can...and I haven't had some since I've been pregnant, but I used to drink it all the time before I work out. I love just a little pick-me-up."

Scott Disick Hosts An Evening At 1 OAK Inside Mirage Hotel & CasinoA lot of fans were understandably worried when Scott Disick booked another club appearance in Las Vegas when his partying had been a huge source of contention in his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.

In fact, after Kourtney broke up with him, he canceled two appearances, so it looked like maybe he was ready to put that part of his life on the back burner. Then, he surprised everyone with an appearance at 1OAK in Las Vegas on Friday night. Even more surprising still was how low-key he was during it, which was a pleasant surprise.

According to Us Weekly, Scott drank water and was checking his phone a lot. There were lots of females around, but he apparently kept his distance. "Scott was rather disconnected once he got into the club," an onlooker tells them. "Typically a very verbal and outrageous host, [he] was rather restrained."

Yesterday, Kim told her 33 million Twitter fans that she's just shot out an email to Twitter asking them a very big favor - but not one for herself, one for ALL of us.

"I just emailed Twitter to see if they can add an edit feature so that when u misspell something u don't have to delete & repost Let's see..." And guess what? Jack Dorsey, the co-founder of the social media site responded: Yasssss! That would be a total game-changer in the most amazingly awesome way possible.

We can't help but wonder if Kim got the idea after she accidentally entered the Taylor Swift/Nicki Minaj feud when she posted a pic of herself with the caption "I'mma let you finish but..." which is the infamous line from when her husband interrupted Taylor Swift on stage at the VMAs.

As soon as she found out about the crazy coincidence, she wrote, "I'm not trying to shade anyone! That's not my style! I just thought that caption was perfect for that pic! Changing the caption now! ." Except that she couldn't change the caption (on Twitter), so she had to delete the original and post again with the new caption.

So, maybe Kim's tiny little mistake will make all of our lives easier in the future! Thanks, Kimmie!

"They'd be giving the cameras an all-access pass to their fabulous lifestyles, from who they're dating to their careers," they explained.

Ok, seriously, somebody needs to make this happen! Suddenly, keeping up with CaKe only on Instagram feels horribly insufficient.

According to Gossip Cop, Chris Brown performed Rihanna's "B*tch Better Have My Money" during a concert in Macau on Friday. Fans captured video and uploaded clips of a hyped up Breezy dancing and singing along to Rih's no-nonsense, debt-collecting anthem. Chris' performance took place shortly after he made his way out of the Philippines, where he was stranded for three days over a promoter's claims to have paid the singer $1 million for a New Year's concert he missed. Who knows whether Chris pleading and back-flipping for the president to get him out of the situation actually worked (seriously doubt it), but he was obviously turnt up after resuming his right to globe trot.

Anyway, we wonder what Rihanna thinks of Chris' show?

She's probably too busy smelling the roses of success or better yet, the aroma from her newest fragrance, RiRi by Rihanna. We doubt she minds, though, especially because she was spotted dancing and singing the words to Chris' BET Awards performance.




Chris Brown and Rita Ora Tease "Body on Me" Collaboration

Phew, this summer's getting hotter by the minute - and we're not talking about the temps.

Shortly after Jordin Sparks premiered her steamy track "100 Years," Chris Brown and Rita Ora took to Instagram to tease their upcoming song "Body on Me." The photo features a casually dressed Rita and Chris with a caption that reads, "Coming soon (BODY ON ME)." There's no official release date for the collaboration, which was announced in June, but judging by the title, we hope the duo intends to add to the roster of sexy summer jams because we definitely welcome the sizzle.

Aside from our endless thirst for hot new music, this collaboration couldn't come at a better time for Rita Ora. After being on the receiving end of some public drama from her exes (we're still not over the rude way A$AP Rocky dissed Rita in his song), it's about time the 26-year-old "How We Do" singer gets some shine for all the right reasons.

Rita has a role in the recently released boxing drama Southpaw, starring Jake Gyllenhaal and based off the clips of her performance, she's quite convincing as a drugged-out woman who has a brief interaction with Gyllenhaal's character. And of course we can't forget Rita's role in Fifty Shades Of Grey, for which she completely transformed into the bob-wearing brunette sister of Christian Grey, Mia.

YAS, Rita. We look forward to seeing more of you on the big screen, but in the meantime, we're on standby waiting for you to announce the "Body on Me" release date.

Based on what we learned about Maddie during her Yahoo Style interview in June, the dancing diva is already well-versed on all things fashion and even counts Zendaya as one of her style inspirations. In addition to being an all-around amazing star, we'd be willing to bet that Maddie's fashion knowledge helped land her that gig covering New York Fashion Week in February. (Sheesh, she won't be 13 until September and her resume already looks better than ours.)

Given her past success with inspiring others, it's a perfectly natural move for Maddie to share her magical muse-fulness with more than one celebrity.

Since Maddie's already taken the dance world by storm and established herself as a serious music video, TV and film actress, we know she'll totally kill it with her new gig.
