This dog is determined and we commend him for not letting anything stand in the way of his dreams. After all, all the poor pup wants is his snack.

Not only is he committed, this dog would be super handy to have around the house. He can move stuff, he's agile and he's obviously really smart. Smarter than his owner - or so he thought.

"After noticing the chair being moved each time I return home from an outing, I decide to put on a 'spy camera' to find out who moved the chair," the owner captioned the video.

Busted! You know what, though? When you see how happy his little face is when he realizes that he can, in fact, move the chair, it's kinda hard not to be happy for him. Especially when he tries to jump up the first couple of times and he can't...quite...get there.

We aren't going to lie, we were totally going through the motion in our chairs hoping to virtually give him that little extra oomph he needed. Obviously, it worked, cause the beagle finally busted out a big enough jump to help him score his snack.

Congratulations, dog, on a well-deserved treat. But wait, how's he gonna open the bag?!

Wait...what?!

A 34-year-old woman shocked students at a Texas high school when she was busted for posing as a teen. The students at New Life Christian School knew her as "Charite Stevens," a 15-year-old home schooled student who wanted to transfer to the school, according to Jezebel.

After starting classes as a sophomore last October, no one questioned Charity Anne Johnson's (the woman's real name) story or her age. That was, until, she got into an argument with friend Tamica Lincoln, who was housing her. Tamica ended up calling police after suspecting that Charity was using a fake identity, and told officers she no longer wanted the woman in her home.

"I sympathized with her, and invited her into my home," Tamika said. "I took her in as a child, did her hair, got her clothes and shoes. I just don't know why she did it."

Although Charity told police her name was "Charite Stevens" and she was born in November 1997, they determined she had given them a false name and birthdate. She was arrested and held on $500 bond for allegedly giving false information to police.

Talk about a lucky day.

Musa Dayib, 15 months, is being called a "miracle baby" after he fell 11-stories from an apartment balcony in Minneapolis, Minn. and survived.

According to the Minneapolis Tribune, The tiny tot's father, Guled Ahmed, was playing with his two children in the living room of the apartment when he went to the kitchen. Less than a minute later, his 3-year-old daughter ran up to him and said "the baby fell."

Guled then looked over the balcony railing and saw his son lying on the ground 11 stories below. He grabbed his daughter and ran down 11 flights of stairs to get to him as quickly as possible.

Surprisingly, the baby was crying and conscious when security guard Larry Ross ran over to the boy as his father was making his way down. According to Larry, the baby landed on a patch of "mulch-covered ground," and just missed the sidewalk and a steel box that contained electric equipment.

The little guy is in critical but stable condition at Hennepin County Medical Center, where doctors are calling him "the miracle baby." He has severe injuries, including fractures and a concussion, but he is alive and recovering.

It's not clear how the baby fell from the balcony, but family members believe the toddler slipped through the balcony's railings.

Justin Bieber might be heading to prom this year, but you won't catch Austin Mahone there. The singer just revealed that he's not really into the idea of the big high school event.

During an interview with Yahoo! News, Austin made his opinion on prom pretty clear. He simply has more important things to do than dance around with a group of kids he'll probably never see again.

"I never went to prom and I don't really care about prom either. I'd much rather be traveling the world and doing way cooler things than dancing with random people," he explained.

Maybe Austin's too busy hanging out with Fifth Harmony singer Camila Cabella for prom? The two were recently spotted together out on a movie date.

Our resident girl crush Cara Delevingne has a new pet and it's already much cooler than any of us. The British supermodel first introduced the world to her new bunny via Instgram, sharing this adorable pic of her puckering up to her pet.

"Meet my new bunny @cecildelevinge," she captioned the shot. In two days, Cecil already has more than 50,000 followers on Instagram. If you follow Cara's baby rabbit, you can see her being snuggled by famous friend Rita Ora, in bed with Cara and meeting her 102-year-old grandma.

Cara's latest accessory is super cute, but seeing her glued to her new furry friend makes us wonder what happened to her other constant companion: Michelle Rodriguez. We haven't seen these two together in awhile, but hopefully they have a fab vacay planned for the summer.

Remember that hit song "A Drop in the Ocean"?

Of course you do. Well, the guy behind it has a brand new album out that you have to get your hands on. Ron Pope got on the phone with us to chat about his eleventh studio album, Calling Off The Dogs, and here are the 5 things you need to know about him.

5: He had dreams of another occupation before becoming a musician. "I wanted to be a baseball player," said the Georgia native. "I played the first two years of college, but then I got hurt. I've always loved music and been in bands, but once I couldn't play baseball anymore, [music] became the essential focus of my life."

4: Ron is a pop-rock singer-songwriter, but he appreciates all kinds of music. "As an artist, everything you hear has to influence you in some way. Whether it's 'I definitely want to do that' or 'I don't want any of that in my music.'" His family's eclectic taste rubbed off on him. "My parents liked country music, Elvis, Sinatra and soul music. My mom's into pop and my dad is more rock. The first thing I found on my own was hip-hop."

3: His biggest hit yet, "A Drop in the Ocean," was actually written in 2005, which was years before it was released on The Bedroom Demos in 2008, but that's not out of the ordinary for Ron. "All of my songs kind of come from the same place. I'll sit down to write and whether I have a melodic idea or some chords - I just sit and hash it out. I'm one of those people that write a lot of songs and then I'll figure out what works and doesn't work."

2: The 30-year-old singer put in overtime for his latest album, Calling Off the Dogs. "I wrote 50 songs or so," he told us." Well the strategy seems to have paid off - he even got his album title from his favorite song on the album.

1: "I came up with a bunch of titles and a lot of them felt generic," Ron told us about his interesting album name. "In the song 'Silver Spoon,' there's a line that says 'When they're calling off the dogs, and you're sleeping on the lawn, will your heart desert me?' This record to me feels incredibly original, so I felt like it needed a title that felt unique. I felt like it was a very distinct title."

Two massive dogs vs. a chihuahua just doesn't sound like a good scenario, especially when there's sausage involved. The first thing we thought when we started watching this clip is 'this can't end well...' and it doesn't, but not for the reason you might expect.

Elmo the chihuahua is actually a fat a** in skinny dog's clothing and when the sausage comes into play, the claws come out. You actually see the wheels in his teeny tiny brain starting to spin as soon as sausage meets the cement.


It all happens so fast, the two big dogs don't even know what happened. We were actually kind of pissed at Elmo because those other guys are so darn cute and they showed some serious restraint when the evil sausage thief struck.


Fortunately, the owner said that the other guys eventually got their snacks back...and Elmo probably won't be showing his face in these parts of town for quite some time.

At one time or another, we've probably all been victims of bullies. Whether it was at school, at work or even online. None of us is immune to it and when it happens to you, it can completely crush your spirit.

In this video, Jake (who has autism) stands up to the bullies in his class and we just want to jump through our screen and hug him cause if there's anything tougher than getting bullied, it's standing up for yourself against them.

Jake collectively puts his entire class in their place when he opens up about he feels when nobody will talk to him or be his friend. And you wanna know what? Some jerks in the bunch have the nerve to mock him WHILE he's pouring his heart out and begging for their kindness.

"I just want you guys to see me for me and really try to be my friend," he pleads. "Because I want to try to be your friend, but you don't try to be mine...and that really makes me feel kinda bad...I see you guys laughing over there."

The whole thing was filmed as part of The BULLY Project and those people who were laughing at him just proved how critically important this project actually is.

Fortunately, Jake is doing great now. "Bullying has had a big impact on my life, but since the movie I've made a lot of friends," he tells UpWorthy. "Recently, I have joined my high school football team! At first I thought they would all be complete jerks, but actually they are pretty cool guys and have helped me through a lot of situations - they stand up for me!"

Go get 'em, buddy!

Oh, to be a fly on the wall during One Direction's Where We Are tour. Now you can get at least a little glimpse of what happens behind the scenes with this cool tour video that 1D's band released.

Yeah, it's not entirely One Direction focused, but there are plenty of fun goodies like sightseeing expeditions and fan mania from the band's perspective. So there's that.

Also? How great is it that these guys get to spend so much time with Liam, Louis, Harry, Niall and Zayn? Color of extremely jealous.

It looks like Perrie Edwards is finally giving us some details about her upcoming wedding to Zayn Malik. Well, at least we're getting an idea of Perrie's wedding dress, which sounds like it's shaping up to be awesome, we're sure.

Perrie hasn't gone too into detail about her wedding gown, but did explain she'll be designing it with the help of Little Mix bandmate Jade Thirlwall. And, surprisingly, Perrie wants some classy coverage, explaining to The Mirror, "I definitely want long sleeves. I know exactly what I want, so I'm designing it and getting it made from scratch."

She added, "Not that I can draw...I'm getting Jade to do it. She's going to draw it and I'm going to take it to somebody to make."

Perrie also dished a little on the makeup plan for the big day, saying, "I'm gonna have natural makeup-not too natural. I don't want to be a natural Nancy...but nice, light eye shadow with a nude lip."

So, wedding dress sorted. Now let's get to setting a date!

Wait...that's Kesha?!

The singer looked stunning when she hit the red carpet at the Billboard Music Awards Sunday, bringing on the glam in a strapless gown complete with a train. To complete the look, she pulled back her hair and wore minimal make-up.

While we're not sure if the super-dressy gown was the best choice for the more casual awards show (it kinda looks like an Emmy or Golden Globes dress), we can't deny that she looks amazing in it.

Kesha also looked great when she hit the red carpet for the first time post-rehab in March, dazzling at the Humane Society of the United States' 60th Anniversary Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The pop star completed a two-month treatment program earlier that month for an eating disorder, and later dropped the dollar sign from her stage name.

Meet Griffin Furlong, high school valedictorian and homeless senior. The Jacksonville student is proof positive that you can succeed in school no matter what your background is.

His mom died from leukemia when he was just 6, forcing him to live in a homeless shelter with his father and brother for 2 years. When he was in 6th grade, he moved with his family into a rental home in FL where they still struggled to meet ends meet. Despite his circumstances, he always worked hard at school and never missed a day.

But during his senior year, they became homeless again. Luckily, his girlfriend's family took him in for three weeks before Griffin got to go live with his aunt and uncle. Yet through all that turmoil, he earned a 4.65 GPA and will graduate as valedictorian on June 4.

"I know that I have everything to lose and so I just push myself," he says, crediting his academic success to his "positive mindset." The 18-year-old loves calculus and plans to study civil engineering at Florida State, but there's one problem: the cost of attending school.

He received some need-based grants, but no academic scholarships so far, despite his valedictorian status. Luckily, friends have set up a GoFundMe account for their classmate so he could get college donations from the public. So far, $38,000 has been raised.

Talk about a happy ending! Congratulations to Griffin and best wishes for a bright future.

Dear Every Other Instagram Pic: Imma let you finish, but Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had THE most liked Instagram photo of ALL time!

In the four short days that the pic has been up on the social media site, it has already amassed 2.06 million likes, beating the former record holder, Justin Bieber who received 1.82 million likes on this sweet pic he posted with Selena Gomez back in January.


To add insult to injury, a second wedding pic that Kim posted is right on it's heels, with 1.64 million likes. Considering the Biebs' pic already had almost five months of hang time and Kim's have had less than a week, we'd guess she's probably gonna kick that pic's butt, too.

Guess who wants Selena Gomez to date One Direction's Niall Horan? Her BFF Taylor Swift.

Since Selena's big breakup with Justin Bieber, her pal Taylor has pretty much been by her side. Now there are reports she's trying to push Sel Niall's way...and we don't blame her. Swoon.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, Taylor wants Selena to go one direction and one direction only, and that's straight to Niall.

"Taylor adores Niall and thinks he's a complete gentleman, the perfect guy for Selena. She basically has been telling Selena that the way she's going to get over Justin is to spend more time with the 'good ones,' referring to Niall," an insider told them.

"Taylor had to persuade her to go out with Niall and promised her she would have a great time. She has been telling Selena, 'just trust me' and Selena has been doing just that," the source said.

We can't help but think Taylor is just like any typical ex-girlfriend. Maybe she wants Sel to get with Niall so she can creep on her ex-boyfriend (and his bandmate) Harry Styles for her? You know she'd find out some juicy stuff. Or maybe she thinks Selena dating Niall would be the best way to piss off Bieber?

Selena and Niall were recently spotted together at Katy Perry's show in London. Perhaps she IS taking Tay's love advice? One thing is for sure, she's taking a chance and should be careful getting dating tips from Taylor.

Nina Dobrev is showing off her killer yoga moves (and hot bod).

After flaunting major cleavage at the World Music Awards, the Vampire Diaries headed to a lake to kick off her day with a couple of poses, demonstrating her flexibility.

"Absolutely the best way to get the day started #yoga #wakeupwithme," Nina captioned the shot Friday, which showed her in a bikini top and short shorts.

Nina has made it no secret she's a huge fan of yoga, telling Self back in 2012 it made a huge difference in her physique after she got in to it. "Yoga changed my body 100 percent," she said. "It tones everything and leans you out. Dancer's pose is amazing. It works every muscle! And you have to focus. If your mind is somewhere else, you'll fall."

In addition to her early morning workouts, Nina has also been giving fans a glimpse into her nature-filled week in an undisclosed location, showing off snaps of flowers, horses and her breakfast one day-a plate full of egg whites.

"Royals" may have catapulted Lorde into superstardom...but that doesn't mean she likes the song.

The singer totally dissed her hit single, reportedly telling the Daily Record, "I listen to people covering the song and putting their own spin on it and I listen to it in every single form except the original one I put out and I realize that actually it sounds horrible."

"It sounds like a ringtone from a 2006 Nokia," she continued. "None of the melodies are cool or good. It's disastrous. Awful... but for the same reason, in the context of the way I released it, it just worked out."

This is the same song that won Lorde song of the year at this year's Grammy Awards, and also Best Pop Solo Performance.

What Lorde does like though is Justin Bieber's new song "Looking for You," which the New Zealander confessed on Twitter Friday.

"fffff**k this new bieber "looking for you" is truly great," she tweeted. "that prechorus melody is truly transcendent."

Hmm...do we smell a collaboration in the making?

What's the best way to get over your super famous ex-boyfriend? Hang out with your super famous friends at a Katy Perry concert, duh.

That's exactly what Selena Gomez did Saturday night while in London. She and Harry Styles' ex Cara Delevingne hit up Katy's show at the O2 Arena. They even hung out with the singer before the show and made sure to post pics of their good time during it.

"This is how we do, da do," Selena captioned a photo on Instagram while quoting one of Katy's songs from her new album. She was just seen a few nights ago at another one of Katy's shows with One Direction's Niall Horan.

What happens when Miley Cyrus and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler stay in the same hotel? You get this creepy video.

While staying at the same hotel in Finland, Steven decided to stop by the twerker's room, but not in the usual way everyone else does. The Aerosmith rocker posted a video on Facebook (called "Room Service In Helsinki") in which he's seen approaching a door while saying, in an Elmer Fudd voice, "I think Miley Cyrus is here. But shh! She's very, very sleepy."

What's pretty funny is that Tyler can't slide the paper under the door or through the side.

"I can't seem to get it in her door. Maybe I ought to bang on it," he says. Totally having an epic fail, he slides his message in the keycard slot.

Miley saw the video and even retweeted it on Twitter. It's unclear if they ended up meeting up with each other.
