We've seen Kim Kardashian in her makeup-free state before, but it's always fun to see celebs without their full face on.

Somehow it makes them more real, like the rest of us, doesn't it?

Kim was spotted out at the nail salon for a day of pampering--without a stitch of makeup on. And she looks great!

In fact, we'd love to see Kim stripped down (so to speak) more often. Maybe she could find a happy medium between full-on makeup and try a softer, more natural look sometimes?

Check out the E! special 15 Awesomest Boy Bands, airing July 24 at 9 p.m. ET/PT--One Direction and The Wanted, of course, make the cut.

Other famous boy bands from years gone by include old school groups like New Edition, New Kids on the Block, Backstreet Boys, 'NSYNC, and Boyz II Men.

E! will count down the boy bands from the last 20 years--but who will land at number one?

The 15 Awesomest Boy Bands special promises "music clips, rare footage and exclusive interviews with some of our favorite performers," according to the E! press release.

E! also shares some great quotes, including AJ McLean of Backstreet Boys saying, "You want it what way? What way do you want it?? [That] song makes no sense..."

The One Direction guys weigh in on their success too, with Zayn Malik sharing, "We were in Ireland, there was a girl by the bus and we waved at her and she fainted."

Niall Horan also notes the fans can be pretty die-hard, saying, "We left Radio City and there were hundreds of girls running after the bus through traffic."

Can't wait to see who tops the boy bands list!

If you saw Snow White and the Huntsman, then you know that Sam Claflin is hot and can hold his own in an action packed movie.

So with rumors flying around that he could be the front runner to play Finnick Odair in Catching Fire--we couldn't be more pleased. He really embodies the District Four tribute who wields a mean trident with his good looks and buff physique.

In fact, Sam has already alluded to wanting to book more action packed movies like Snow White and the Huntsman because he loves co-starring with strong leading ladies.

Sam says he loved working with Kristen Stewart in SWATH because it was a "very physical role and she brought a lot of energy and dedication to it."

And Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss is about as physical it gets!

We continue building the excitement for the 2012 Olympics today (EIGHT days away!) by introducing you to another athlete you're going to be hearing a lot more about once the event get underway in London!

Sam Mikulak is on the Men's gymnastics team and almost didn't make the cut! Sam broke BOTH his ankles last year at a competition in Puerto Rico and hurt his left ankle again during the Olympic trials--and still made the team!

The 19-year-old, 2011 NCAA all-around champ is going to persevere and we can't wait to see him on the parallel bars and pommel horse! In meantime, here are five things you may be surprised to know about the Olympian!

1. Sam's a student at the University of Michigan where he's earning his undergraduate degree in psychology. He's actually the first gymnast from UM to make the Olympic team!

2. He's part owner in a yerba maté company called "Maté Bros" with two of his friends. It's a powerful herb that has strength of coffee and brewed like tea. Sam says it gives him energy before his meets.

3. Sam watches South Park and Breaking Bad when he needs to take his mind off training.

4. Sam has been practicing gymnastics since he was two-years-old during "Mommy and Me" classes. Both his parents are gymnasts.

5. During intense competitions, like the Olympic trials, Sam goes into what he calls "ghost mode" where he zones everything out around him and keeps focused.

'Hart of Dixie' star Scott Porter recently met up with us at this year's Comic-Con where he was quick to talk about his TV show character George Tucker.

Known to bounce from girl to girl, George needs to settle down a bit and Scott is the first one to notice that.

"I'd love to see George stand a little taller and stand alone and mature on his own and find himself a little bit...outside of a relationship."

Would you like to see that too?

And as for the killer 'Hart of Dixie' cast? They actually hang out and are good friends!

He told us that he hangs out with the guys on the show all of the time and that he sees Rachel Bilson a bit too. He also watches soccer with Jaime King!

This Week in Theaters we have THE NEW BATMAN MOVIE...aka The Dark Knight Rises!

Everyone is so excited to see this one because it's the last B-Man movie and there's supposed to be awesome effects too! Sadly, movie reviewers haven't been too nice to it.

We are on the fence about the whole movie. We aren't sure how we feel about Anne Hathaway playing Cat Woman. She's too innocent for that role, don't you think?

But, it is the LAST freaking Batman movie, so you basically have to go see it! Plus, there really are cool explosions and effects in the film and like every awesome actor stars in it too.

Just like the video above says, the pros of this flick outweigh the cons! Go check it out and let us know what you think!

Jordin Sparks is showing off her impressive weight loss on the cover of Shape magazine--she's gorgeous in a bikini!

Just how much weight did Jordin lose? 50 pounds, if you can believe it.

She was always beautiful, but now Jordin is proudly showing off her bikini bod on the magazine's cover, plus shedding some light on how she lost the pounds.

Jordin is now four sizes smaller since her time on American Idol in 2007.

What prompted her to want to lose weight? Jordon said that she was diagnosed with walking pneumonia, explaining she "couldn't breathe" and "felt totally fatigued."

She added, "I just wanted to be healthy. I remember thinking, 'I'm in my prime. I should be happy and fit.' That was the moment when I decided that changes needed to be made."

Jordin explains that she knew she "had a long road ahead" of her, saying, "I was barely working out, and my diet was a mess. I had to address when, what, and how much I was eating."



She credits smaller portions, hiking and making smarter food choices for her success.

Seeing the results of her efforts was excellent motivation, as she explains, "The weight really started falling off, and I could see my muscles. It was awesome."

She looks great!

One Direction's Harry Styles has a new tattoo--and it's believed to be a tribute to his mom.

Harry's new ink is just the letter "A," seen in the bend of his left arm. This is Harry's third tattoo.

Many believe that the A represents his mother, Anne Cox. He already has a star tattoo and the song lyrics "won't stop 'till we surrender".

The blink-and-you'll-miss it "A" on the crook of his arm is teeny tiny (check out a photo of Harry's tattoo here), but no doubt holds some significance.

Harry and his mum are very close, so this inky tribute is a subtle way to keep her with him always.

Harry and the 1D guys may be done with their first tour, but they're hard at work on their new album, tweeting updates from their studio sessions.

We can't wait for new One Direction music!

American Idol alum Adam Lambert is set to guest star on an upcoming episode of Pretty Little Liars.

We can't wait to see Adam's acting chops!

Of course, you have to wait until the Halloween episode of PLL to catch Adam in action.

Adam confirmed the PLL guest star buzz, tweeting: "Yup--- imma be a Pretty Little Liar!"

What role will Adam play?

Himself, of course!

Well, it won't be much of a stretch, anyway... plus we'll get to hear him sing two songs on the show.

Executive producer I. Marlene King tells E! Online, "When we heard Adam was a fan of the show we knew that he would be a perfect fit for our Halloween episode. He's oh so Rosewood!"

The 2012 Emmy nominations seemed to have one glaring omission: no love for Glee's stars!

Lea Michele spoke with E! Online about the Glee Emmy snub, saying, "I think there are so many incredible shows out right now."

She added, "I am a huge fan of Girls and the fact that Lena [Dunham] got nominated and the show got nominated is amazing. There's some really great stuff out there right now, so I feel like this is just the natural progression of things."

Overall, Lea said she's "very proud" of Glee's last season, adding, "I think it was one of our best seasons ever."

Shooting for Glee season 4 starts on Wednesday, and Lea says she'll sing a Barbra Streisand cover, though she won't reveal which song.

The September 13 Glee season 4 premiere episode is titled "The New Rachel"--we can't wait to see what adventures are in store for Rachel in NYC!

"Put a little bit of Vaseline on your eyelashes and it kind of reactivates the mascara and makes it where you can reapply another on top without it being clumpy," said Blair.

The Olympic Fever continues here at Cambio!

We are now SEVEN days away from the opening ceremonies in London and if you couldn't tell, we're so psyched to cheer on Team USA!

Today we're proud to introduce you to USA women's soccer team member Alex Morgan!

She's so impressive and inspiring that we came up with ten things you need to know about this all-star!


1. Alex didn't settle on playing soccer until she was 14-years-old. Before then she played basketball, softball, volleyball and competed in track too!

2. Alex played soccer for the University of California Berkeley and ended her four years there by making history, She was tied for the third all-time scorer in California history with 45 goals, and in sole possession of third place based on points equaling 107.

3. Alex earned her degree in political economy

4. Last summer, Alex was the youngest player named to the United States World Cup roster.

5. If she wasn't a soccer star, Alex would be a veterinarian. She loves animals!

6. She says the most memorable moment in her career was during the World Cup qualifiers in Italy. The team had to win to make it to the World Cup and she scored the winning goal!

7. Alex is known for wearing pink headband on the field. It's her way of standing out since everyone is in the same uniform.

8. Alex wears the number 13 because it belonged to retired American soccer player Kristine Lilly.

9. Alex's boyfriend plays soccer too! She dates Major League Soccer player Servando Carrasco of the Seattle Sounders.

10. Alex made a daring decision to appear in Sports Illustrated's "Swimsuit Edition," wearing just body paint.

By now you know that Nicki Minaj voices a character in the new Ice Age movie, Ice Age 4: Continental Drift!

Nicki plays Steffie, a woolly mammoth, alongside a star-studded cast, including fellow new voices to the Ice Age family--Drake, Jennifer Lopez and Heather Morris.

Nicki told us that she thinks her little brother's favorite character will probably be "Ethan," voiced by her friend Drake!

Nicki also dished on who she thinks is the funniest member of the cast--Wanda Sykes!

"She is a riot. We were laughing with tears coming out of your eyes every time she said something. She unbelievable...I've always loved her and this just made me love her even more," said Nicki.

As this movie is called Ice Age: Continental Drift and Miss Minaj is a world traveler, we wanted to know Nicki's favorite continent to visit. Her answer? South Africa! (Even though she hasn't been there quite yet!)

"I believe in my heart that it will be my favorite once I go. Every time I turn around South African fans are hitting me up on Twitter and saying 'You have to come here!' I'm really looking forward to going there. It's a long time coming, they've kind of been following me since my mix tape days."

Nicki hits the road on a headlining arena tour this summer and fall, but she says she still wants to make time for more acting soon!

"Acting is definitely one of my loves and I don't want to forget about it, so you will probably be seeing me doing an acting role in the very near future."


Since Nicki plays a mammoth in the movie, we just had to ask her what animals she thought some other celebrities would be.

Nicki said Justin Bieber would be a baby bear, Rihanna would be a sexy giraffe and Lil' Wayne would be a laughing hyena!

We were lucky enough to snag some time with Alex Clare during his press tour in Los Angeles last week and we learned a lot about the London born singer!

You might not have heard his name but chances are you've heard his hit 'Too Close' on an Internet Explorer ad. (Listen below.)

Alex said the first time he saw the commercial was at the cinema Hunger Games with friends.

"I turned around to the people behind me and said 'You hear this, this is me."

"Too Close" is actually Alex's favorite song to perform on tour, and says "hearing the crowd sing it back to you is brilliant."

The Lateness of the Hour, his latest album, took two years to write and record before being released this past May. He describes his sound as 'musically diverse.'

Alex taught himself how to play not only piano and guitar, but also the ukulele. He explains his desire to learn the ukulele after seeing the Steve Martin film, The Jerk.

"He's walking along the beach playing this Patience and Prudence song 'Tonight You Belong With Me.' I just thought it was such a cute song and I had to learn it."

Alex heads back on the road July 31st, playing in his hometown of London.

In addition to music, his second passion is cooking, as he's currently studying to be a Poissonnier. When asked what the best dish to impress a girl was: "If you can cook anything relatively well, she'll be impressed that you actually take the effort and time to make something for her. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it tastes okay and looks okay, I think she'll be blown away."

Alex continued that it's really a two way street.

"I think it's the same for boys as well. A girl cooks for a boy a nice meal, it's lovely. It's so nice to be fed by someone."

We all know Lauren Conrad's awesome when it comes to fashion but who knew she's quite the craftsman too!

LC recently told us all about her new video series, Crafty Creations, where she shows off her coolest, homemade decorations.

"Lauren Conrad's Crafty Creations is a series of videos with step-by-step instructions on how to do little crafts and projects that revolve around home decor and fashion," she said.

Yep, now we can not only dress like her but also make cute crafts like her too! It makes sense she's doing the new video series too...she's been crafting for awhile now!

"I got my start in crafting very young...I used to do little things like make my own Halloween costumes!"
