Unfortunately for Mackenzie's fans, MTV told Us Weekly that there is "no truth" to the rumor that the 22-year-old was getting her own show.
Mackenzie definitely had one of the more interesting story lines as she battles Diabetes, is seven months pregnant with her second child and married her child's father.
Still, it doesn't look like we'll be seeing her back on the small screen anytime soon--at least not on MTV.
