Uh oh! Did Miley Cyrus just get caught smoking pot?

The 20-year-old actress, who is currently in Miami, Florida, sat out on her hotel balcony yesterday smoking a pretty suspicious-looking cigarette...and the paparazzi were there photographing every puff.

At first, in what was perhaps an attempt to disguise herself, Miley stepped outside in a ski hat and sunglasses (not exactly your typical Florida attire), which she quickly decided to ditch.

She then re-emerged in a loose-fitting black t-shirt, and seemed completely unfazed by the photogs as she puffed away.

If anyone can relate to Miley in this situation, it's definitely Jennifer Lawrence who was recently photographed in a similar situation at her hotel in Hawaii just three days after the Oscars.

As for Miley, this certainly wouldn't be her first smoking scandal. In 2010, the former Hannah Montana star was caught on video smoking salvia out of a bong.

Shortly after, video surfaced of Miley getting a Bob Marley birthday cake from her friends and saying, "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f**king weed!"

She later claimed that she was just joking when she made that statement, but these new photos might not be as easy to explain away.

First, Amanda Bynes said she was suing Us Weekly...and now, she's threatened to post personal photos of any bloggers who write about her.

In a recent tweet, the former Nickelodeon star asked that only her Twitter photos be used to accompany any articles written about her.

She then warned, "I'm putting a photo up of everyone writing articles about me from now on. I ask you to choose photos from my twitter so I'll do the same."

And if anyone thought this was just an idle threat, Amanda proved that she meant business when she posted an unflattering photo of Perez Hilton after he published an article about her.

Wanting to ensure he got the message, Amanda tweeted Perez, saying, "I don't want u to follow me or to be mentioned on ur twitter or site. Anytime u write an article about me I lose respect for u!"

Well, Perez certainly wasn't going to let Amanda to push him around.

The celebrity blogger fired back with a photo of his own, which had Amanda's tweet embedded and showed a disheveled Amanda making an extremely unattractive face.

As of right now, Amanda is yet to post a photo response to Perez, but she did write, "Imitation is the highest from [sic] of flattery :D."

We can't wait to see what other photos surface during this battle of the bad pics!

Kim Kardashian has never been shy about showing some skin for a selfie, so why should she let a few extra pregnancy pounds stop her?

We've seen the 32-year-old reality star's baby bump hidden under variety of (questionable?) wardrobe choices, but now she's baring her belly in the flesh for everyone to ogle.

Kim, who is six months along in her pregnancy, posted the photo on her Instagram account yesterday with the caption "baby love."

We have to give Kim credit. She has caught a lot of heat lately for the pounds she has packed on during her pregnancy and by posting this photo, she seems to be telling the world that she's finally embracing her more voluptuous curves.

It's also nice to see Kim dressed down for once. The reality star, who prides herself on her fashion sense, is usually dressed to the nines in head-to-toe couture. We're definitely not used to seeing Kim dressed so casual, but we have to admit, we kinda like the look!

We already got the scoop on what the rest of the One Direction guys love to sing in the shower: Louis Tomlinson loves to sing "Creep" by Radiohead, Harry Styles likes "Who's Loving You" by Michael Jackson, Liam Payne's go-to song is "All Back" by Chris Brown and Niall Horan loves to belt out "Good Feeling" by Flo Rida.

But on the day that we sat down with the 1D guys, Zayn Malik wasn't available, so we were left wondering what he likes to sing while he's getting sudsy....or if he even sings in the shower at all!

Now, we finally have our answer!

Zayn dished on his shower routine (keep it clean, guys!) in a recent interview with The Daily Mirror, saying, "I love singing in the shower. You always think you are better than you actually are because of the echo, so that is the only place to try and sing a Beyoncé song."

Aww...we bet Zayn is just as good as he thinks he is, if not better!

But, if he needs someone to take a listen and give an objective opinion, we will gladly volunteer our services!

What is Justin Bieber looking for in a girl?

A sense of humor, beauty (inside and out), intelligence and...kissable lips!

During a little downtime at his Teen Vogue cover shoot, the "Boyfriend" singer opened up about all the qualities he looks for in a potential girlfriend.

First things first, he revealed that he is looking for "a girl who is funny, who can make me laugh."

He also said that he wants a girl who is "beautiful on the inside and out" and is intelligent enough to keep the conversation interesting.

Then, the pop star seemed a bit shy as he admits that kissable lips are also important. After the candid confession, he laughed and put his head down...and we might have even seen him blush a little bit!

Justin also opened up about his pre-show ritual, what he does on a day off and which celebrity he would be star struck if he met.

The show's being hosted by The Voice's Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan and is taking place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Jason Aldean, Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, George Strait, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Lady Antebellum are set to perform!

The show kicks off at 8 p.m. Eastern, with the red carpet arrivals and pre-show before that.

Justin Bieber's swoop bangs are back!

Posing for pictures with fans yesterday, Justin showed off a new haircut!

Keeping it long in the front, Justin's new hair is shaved on the sides too. His new look is very edgy and VERY Rihanna-like. We aren't sure if we're feeling it!

Justin also axed his Vanilla Ice spiked bangs and now has the swoop bangs again, something we totally thought he wouldn't bring back!

Our favorite country guy, Hunter Hayes, lit up the 2013 ACM Awards stage TWICE tonight!

Nominated for several awards himself, Hunter premiered his new single "I Want Crazy," from his upcoming deluxe version album, tonight on the show.

In typical Hunter fashion, he looked SO cute and had the words 'Let's be crazy' scribbled across his guitar.

His awards show performance was filled with huge, personalized balloons and the song's lyrics were printed on them. He sounded pretty good live but you could tell he was a little nervous! His voice was shaky at times.

Hunter's "I Want Crazy" performance ended with confetti and a Stevie Wonder surprise! He closed the show by joining the legend on stage with Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton. Watch their epic performance and Hunter's awesome drumming skills below!

On part two of the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami season finale, Scott Disick finds out that Kim Kardashian was having him trailed and as you can imagine, he doesn't take the news very well.

In defense of her boyfriend, Kourtney Kardashian is also furious and kicks Kim out of the house.

Not knowing who to trust, Kourtney thinks that her other sister, Khloé Kardashian Odom, was in on it too.

Finally, after a pretty intense interrogation of Khloe, Kourtney realizes that while Khloe knew about it, she wasn't actually in on it at all.

While Kim is out of the house, she is staying with her friend Jonathan and Kourtney is quite happy to keep her distance from her spying sister...that is, until Kim calls her in the middle of the night to tell her she needs a ride to the hospital.

Putting their differences aside, Kourtney goes to pick Kim up and Kim reveals that she's pregnant.

All of a sudden, all of the detective drams is forgotten about and Kourtney just wants to be there for her sister.

After getting a clean bill of health from the hospital, Kim moves back into the Kardashian Miami pad.

Obviously, Scott is none too pleased when he finds out about this, but before Kim can deal with Scott, she needs to tell Khloe about her pregnancy.

Knowing how much Khloe has struggled with trying to get pregnant, Kim is really hesitant to talk to her about it and asks Kourtney to do it with her.

Khloe actually takes the news incredibly well and couldn't be happier for Kim.

So, now that she has that out of the way, Kim is ready to conquer her next conversation...apologizing to Scott.

Although Scott is still really upset about what happened and tells Kim it was "heartbreaking" when he found out, he is willing to accept her apology and they're able to mend fences.

Normally, things probably would have been a little awkward for awhile after that, but when Kim tells Scott that she's pregnant, his joy overrides all of the other emotions he was feeling about the spy situation.

Scott couldn't be happier when he hears that Kim and Kanye are expecting and while Kim expresses her concern that she's still married to another man (Kris Humphries), Scott reassures her that everything will be just fine.

The episode ends with the whole family packing up to head home to Los Angeles, but Kim decides to take a detour instead so she can go to New York and spend some quality time with her baby daddy, Kanye West.

Louis Tomlinson and Tom Parker got into quite the Twitter fight yesterday--who won in this latest installment of the ongoing One Direction vs. The Wanted feud?

First up, how did Louis and Tom's fight even start?

Louis and the 1D guys mentioned their fight with The Wanted at a concert over the weekend (video below) and Tom got wind of it, taking to Twitter to kick things off in a heated war of words.

Tom tweeted: "You even talk about us at your own gigs. Are you that upset you didn't get in this band?"

Louis was quick with a comeback, tweeting, "Pal, we both know I wouldn't waste my time auditioning for your band. You humour me with your bad boy persona."

Lou further dissed Tom, writing: "Uh oh. The Wanted's Tom Parker: My failed X Factor audition shattered me"

Tom responded: "Yes @Louis_Tomlinson, I don't need to call producers to beg my way on to a track over my "friends" #crybaby #loyalty #louisgottalent."

Louis didn't back down, writing: "Interesting you have to entertain your many followers with lies. I actually think you could be the biggest twat on twitter"

Even Liam Payne got in on the action, tweeting: "Hey Tom lets talk about your singing your amazing tone pierces my ears with every note. p.s. tweet out when you have someone to speak to our drummer has more followers than you."

After Louis mentioned that The Wanted would be getting some press attention out of this little Twitter session, Tom tweeted to Louis: "@Louis_Tomlinson I'll enjoy the press even more when you come clean #narnia #itgetsbetter."

It's worth a mention that The Wanted's Jay McGuiness tweeted a lengthy message to Louis, writing: "Dear Louis Tomlinson, please stop mentioning us in your gigs, we certainly no longer mention you and it's time to let dead dogs lie.

Your passive-aggressive style of speaking makes me cringe, and I wish you'd either have the b*llocks of some of your co-workers to speak truthfully, or the class of the majority of them to be silent.

I'm not sure what's happened since we saw you at the XFactor, but you've done a sterling job of becoming one of the most overrated, arrogant and not to mention insincere people around.
Your shocking lack of talent will only be forgiven by lots of humility and no-strings-attached friendship among your band.

Louis, don't measure your worth in followers or money, because they're fickle, and when they go you might just feel worthless"

Ouch.

Anyone else wishing this battle of the boy bands would just simmer down already?

Power couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z are used to being able to go anywhere they want...like Cuba!

They just celebrated their five year wedding anniversary there, but now some Florida officials are calling for an investigation.

Two Republican members of Congress are asking the Treasury Department if Bey and Jay violated the U.S. travel embargo to Cuba.

In a letter, the representatives ask for "information regarding the type of license that Beyonce and Jay-Z received, for what purpose, and who approved such travel."

Travel is currently prohibited for tourism purposes, but exceptions are made for journalistic trips or people visiting through travel organizations.

If the couple didn't have a license to visit Cuba, they could be subject to a fine...but we're betting Bey and Jay can afford to pay it!

Another day, another report of Amanda Bynes acting strangely!

Page Six reports the erratically behaving actress was asked to leave an adult gymnastics class at Chelsea Piers in NYC after she "showed up in fishnets and a leotard that looks like lingerie".

But that wasn't the issue that got her booted. The staff was reportedly concerned when Amanda was "muttering to herself" and "burst into tears when she attempted a cartwheel and her dark-colored wig fell off".

Amanda has been to this gymnastics class before, but was asked to leave the second time she attended.

Last week, Amanda took to Twitter to reveal she apparently has an eating disorder.

"I have an eating disorder so I have a hard time staying thin," she wrote.

For the record, Amanda denies the Page Six story. She Tweeted: "I'm suing every blog saying I was kicked out of gymnastics. What is wrong w/ u people? What would u do if u found fake stories about u?"

Best One Direction prank ever? Liam Payne pulled down Harry Styles' pants during a recent 1D concert...Harry got pantsed!

Harry was singing "What Makes You Beautiful" when Liam took it upon himself to show Hazza's adoring fans even more of the boy bander.

As you can see in the video, Liam yanked down Harry's pants on stage, revealing his boxers!

We're wondering how Liam got Harry's signature tight pants down though--that's no easy feat, we're sure.

Things just keep getting worse for Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham.

First, came her March 19 DUI arrest, then the scantily-clad party pics, and now she is allegedly featured in an hour long sex tape that is being shopped to various outlets.

Steve Hirsch, president of Vivid Entertainment saw the scandalous footage and confirmed to TMZ that the woman in the video is Farrah.

In an ironic twist, TMZ caught up with Farrah while she was shopping for lingerie yesterday and she attempted to clear up the confusion.

When asked about the video, Farrah explained "I don't exist anything about that."

Yep, you read that right. She doesn't exist anything about it, so there!

She also adamantly denied the existence of the tape before changing her mind and saying that if there IS a tape, her lawyer will take care of it.

Farrah went on to explain that she doesn't need a sex tape to boost her career (sorry, Kim Kardashian), claiming, "I'm not even worried about that...I work hard on my own professionally and I don't need sex tapes or any of that bullsh*t."

Is Selena Gomez's new song, "Come & Get It" about Justin Bieber?

"Come & Get It" lyrics, which include "I love you much, too much to hide you, this love ain't finished yet," have plenty assuming it's about Justin.

In a new interview with Ryan Seacrest, Selena reveals that the song lyrics have nothing to do with Justin, their relationship, or their breakup.

She explained, "Honestly to be 100 percent real, it's not really about a specific person. The reason why I wanted this to be the first single was because it exudes, like I said earlier, confidence and strength and that is something I'm willing to share with the world. That's the place I want to be in, I want to represent something good and be a good example. So, I think it's fun."

Ryan asked about Selena's dating options and she revealed that guys aren't, in fact, beating down her door, saying, "None. No, you should believe it. I would tell you, Ryan. I am available."

Her album, she says, "is coming soon," though she doesn't know the date yet.

Ed Sheeran is spilling about the One Direction guys!

In a recent interview with the Daily Star, Ed said he invited the 1D guys over to his house and that surprisingly, one of them wanted to watch a chick flick movie. Can you guess who?

Harry Styles!

"When Niall was there we played Monopoly and when Harry was there we watched One Day because he insisted on seeing it...I didn't know what it was but I was made to watch it. Harry fast-forwarded it to the end, showed me the bike bit, and said that's what happens and then we watched it," said Ed.

LOL! Who would've thought Harry was the love-story type of guy?!

Ed also admitted in the interview that his hangouts with the One Direction cuties are chill and not crazy like you might expect.

"Whenever I hang out with [One Direction], they are very relaxed," he continued.

Is Katy Perry leaning on ex-husband Russell Brand for support after her breakup with John Mayer?

According to RadarOnline, Katy has been texting Russell for support since she split with John last month.

Their source revealed, "Katy reached out to him after she split with John, bemoaning her luck with men and Russell provided her with some much-needed reassurance. He flattered her with compliments and just listened to her every word."

Hmm...this could lend some credibility to the theory that John was jealous of Katy and Russell's continued friendship.

As for whether or not they'll get back together, the source revealed, "She's very respectful of Russell's reasons for their break-up and would never overstep the line by begging for him to come back...she does, however, think that he was definitely the love of her life."

So, it looks like the ball is in Russell's court.

Uh oh! Looks like Kim Kardashian made a long-lasting style mistake.

The 32-year-old reality star recently debated whether or not to cut bangs in a series of videos she posted to her Keek account.

In one, she asks her mom and a friend what they think and the votes are split.

Finally, Kim says she just feels like she needs a change and decides to go for it.

At the time, Kim seemed to love her blunt bangs, but after having them for less than a month she already seems to have had change of heart, wishing they would just grow out already!

On Saturday, Kim posted a self-portrait on her Instagram with the caption "Please grow out bangs!
You're officially bugging me!"

She also recently posted other messages about how she was "hiding" her bangs, saying that she's "over them."

Well, that was quick!

Probably best not to make a big decision like that when you've got pregnancy hormones messing with your emotions, but what's done is done!
