Oh, Adele, you really know how to break our hearts!
Back in May, you got us all excited with a Tweet that teased you'd release your third album this year.
Well it's now October and we've been patiently waiting, but it looks like we'll have to keep waiting until 2015.
According to a financial report filed by her label XL Recordings, there's no album planned for Adele this year.
This line from the report pretty much says it all: "There will be not be a further new release by Adele during 2014 and consequently there will be a fall in XL's turnover and profits."
Forget the money and bottom line, what about new music?
The New York Times even verified that the financial report is legit, so guess just find someone else like Adele to listen to the rest of the year.
