While Harry Styles recently dished on how making his parents proud has been a huge plus of being successful, Niall Horan retells how getting his start on the X Factor was tough on his family.In a recent interview (via Unreality TV), Niall explained that while his parents were proud of his success, packing his bags and leaving at such a young age was also very hard on them.
Niall explained, "I can imagine it was a big shock at the start, because one minute we were living at home, going to school and stuff and the next minute we had all moved to London and were on the X Factor and were doing this crazy life. I guess they miss us."
In Who We Are, Niall also talked about how he felt like his "childhood was cut short" by the X Factor.
