Talk about shocking!
Iggy Azalea has been hit with divorce documents, but we had no idea she was married...and it's apparently news to the "Fancy" rapper as well.
TMZ obtained divorce docs filed by her ex Hefe Wine (aka Maurice Williams) attempting to end a common law marriage in Texas.
This is the same guy who's trying to release her supposed sex tape, so he sounds like a real gem.
According to Wine, he and Iggy "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September 2008."
He says they began living solo last year. But Iggy's rep says she never agreed to be married or held herself out as his wife.
If a judge recognizes the marriage, he would entitled to a 50/50 split of all music she made during the "marriage", so basically, he's trying to cash in on the 24-year-old's success and money.
We hope a judge realizes this guy is clearly not legit and makes Iggy's problem go away.
