The starlet showed up solo, wearing sunglasses and was dancing when she noticed people taking her photo.
TMZ reports that she first just yelled at them to stop, but then flew off the handle and scratched one fan's neck and arms.
The alleged victim says she doesn't plan to press charges and she's still an Amanda fan despite the incident.
Then on Tuesday morning, the troubled celeb was spotted at Bloomingdale's wearing only one sneaker and a black basecall cap that says "Death."
Hopefully she was shopping for new shoes?
