If this isn't a clear sign that Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's relationship is over, we don't know what is.
The Drumline star was snapped stepping out shirtless in Los Angeles Monday, and there was a big difference in the "Mariah" tattoo he's had on his back for years...it's completely gone.
According to TMZ, Nick has a huge crucifixion tattoo inked over his wife's moniker, which he tatted on his body as a gift to her in 2008 (see the pics of his new tat here). And it doesn't look like he was shy about showing it off at all.
Nick's big tat reveal comes just one day after Mariah reportedly changed the lyrics to Billie Holiday's "Don't Explain" while performing the song at a concert in Tokyo. In an audio clip from the show, the songstress can be heard singing, "I know you cheated, motherfu**er," instead of the actual lyrics, "And I know you cheat/Right or wrong, don't matter."
Aside from Mariah's lyric change-up, she has kept mum about the break-up of her marriage. Meanwhile, Nick went on a Twitter rant in September after he claimed The Insider With Yahoo misquoted him when the site reported he said "There is trouble in paradise" when it came to their marriage."For the record I NEVER have, nor will I make a statement regarding my marriage. So whatever your favorite gossip outlet is reporting has been created within their own imagination... At this difficult time I would ask all civilized people to please respect my family and this process... What infuriates me most is to hear people slander

His love for his former "Mariah" tattoo though...was clearly a different story.
