Pedestrians of New York City, be warned: Amanda Bynes is back on the road.

But instead of driving, she's biking. The troubled starlet, who got another DUI recently in Los Angeles, was spotted on a Citibike by Penn Station over the weekend.

Watch as the 28-year-old weaves through the crowd and nearly hits a few people walking in the intersection.

Besides biking, she's also been seemingly busy updating her supposed secret Twitter account.

That same Twitter account, @PersianLA27, posted a photo of what appears to be a joint early Monday morning as well, yet Amanda constantly denies doing drugs.

We're glad Amanda's not behind the wheel but we're not sure she should be cycling, either. Maybe she should stick to cabs?
