Things seemed like they had taken a turn for the better for Amanda Bynes...until she had a major setback over the weekend.
The Easy A actress was arrested Sunday morning at 3 a.m. for DUI, according to E! Online, and was charged with a misdemeanor after California Highway Patrol police "determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance" while driving.
This was a huge slip-up for the 28-year-old thesp, who was placed on three-years' probation in February following her 2012 DUI arrest.
Prior to that, it appeared that Amanda had cleaned up her act. After getting released from a psych ward at the end of 2013, she started her first semester at FIDM and enjoyed a birthday trip to Cabo with her parents this year.Amanda has had a ton of ups and downs in the last decade.
