Just when it looked like Amanda Bynes was getting her life back on track, this happened.The embattled Easy A actress was arrested Sunday morning at 3 a.m. for DUI, according to E! Online, and was charged with a misdemeanor after California Highway Patrol police "determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance" while driving.
TMZ reported that Amanda was driving a Mercedes Benz in the San Fernando Valley when she stopped in the middle of an intersection on Van Nuys Blvd. After officers spotted her, a drug recognition officer reportedly evaluated her and determined that she was under the influence of drugs.
The actress was held on $15,000 bail at the Van Nuys, Calif. police station before she was released at 12:44 p.m. that day.
This is bad news for the 28-year-old thesp, considering she was placed on three-years' probation in February, which stemmed from her 2012 DUI arrest. It could mean big trouble for her now that she has violated that probation.
