Whoops!Julianne Hough accidentally outed Dancing With the Stars contestant Jonathan Bennett.
The actress/dancer revealed the news while she was chatting with Mario Lopez on Extra last week and innocently shared a story about how he once tweeted her a compliment, according to Radar Online.
"He tweeted at me last year and said I had a nice butt, and I thought, 'Oh he's hitting on me-I should try to go on a date with him!," Julianne reportedly said. "What happened?" Mario asked. "He's gay- so I was like, 'That's not gonna work!,'" she said with a laugh.
The problem with her saying that is Jonathan hasn't ever said publicly that he is gay. There were rumors that he once dated Kyle XY actor Matt Dallas, but neither one confirmed it.So far, Jonathan, who played Lindsay Lohan's crush Aaron Samuels in Mean Girls, has stayed mum on Julianne's comments.
