Margaret Judson's story is a true Hollywood fairy tale. She started out behind the scenes as a page for NBC and then moved up as research assistant to Keith Olbermann on MSNBC's Countdown with Keith Olbermann. Then acclaimed TV writer Aaron Sorkin came to MSNBC to shadow Margaret while doing research for his new HBO show Newsroom.
He was so impressed with her that he offered her a job on the show--and now she plays Tess!
"When I was PA, Aaron was really interested in what I did," she told Cambio. "He really wanted to incorporate everyone. He doesn't care what your status is. He cares what your story is!"
Margaret also said her new boss is so inspiring because even though he writes every word of the show, he still makes it on set for every rehearsal!
