We caught up with the ever-stylish Lauren Conrad last week at her book signing and relished the chance to get some fashion and beauty tips.Lauren talked about her cool website, The Beauty Department. (Recent Beauty Department posts include 'The War of the Mascara Wands,' 'Homemade Body Shimmer' and 'How To: Lauren's Dip Dyed Pony.') She explained that she started her beauty blog because she wanted to share tips with her fans that she was only able to get from the experts.
