Since the episode is called "Choke," we can only expect that the NYADA auditions don't go as smoothly as Kurt or Rachel had hoped.
In the Glee promo video, it looks like Rachel may indeed choke, as she begins to sing, but messes up and guest star Whoopi Goldberg is seen saying, "This audition is over."
Oh, yes, it's probably clever editing at hand here, but something is definitely going to go down during the NYADA auditions, and spoilers indicate that that only one of them will get in!

The Fox episode synopsis explains: "Rachel and Kurt finally get to audition for NYADA, but their nerves are rattled when they find out it's for the dean (guest star Whoopi Goldberg). Meanwhile, Coach Beiste (Dot-Marie Jones) reveals a secret, and Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) and Coach Roz (guest star NeNe Leakes) lend a helping hand.
FYeahGleeClub has a snippet of a Jane Lynch interview, where she spills, "We're going to find out who gets into NYADA. As you know, Kurt and Rachel auditioned, and one of them gets in and one doesn't."
