Take a peek at Allison Williams playing what looks like a more modest Marnie in a scene for the upcoming season three of Girls.The Girls are back in action.Girls star Allison Williams was spotted filming a scene for the hit HBO show Thursday in New York City looking casual in a printed sweatshirt, jeans and sneakers with her hair pulled back in a ponytail.
Considering Allison's character, Marnie, typically is way more done up, we can't help but to wonder what her new style is all about.
In the shots from the scene, we can see Marnie laughing and chatting with another young woman who is toting a Kate Spade shopping bag.
Don't expect Charlie to come running up to Marnie in the midst of the ladies' chat, though.
Christopher Abbott, who played Marnie's on-again, off-again beau the last two seasons, suddenly left the show at the end of season two.
Boardwalk Empire actor Michael Zegen signed on to the show in the wake of Christopher's departure, according to Deadline, but there's no word yet on if he'll step into Charlie's shoes.
