The E! reality star gets off the hook! The assault charges filed by a photographer who took shirtless photos of him were dismissed by a judge
Rob Kardashian can rest easy.Not only will the world not see shirtless photos of him, but the assault charges filed by the photographer who took the topless pics have been dropped.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was leaving a West Hollywood gym back in March and took off his shirt in a private parking garage when a paparazzi who was hiding in their car started taking photos.
Rob, who's been struggling to lose the 40 pounds he gained since breaking up with Rita Ora, supposedly snatched the memory card out of the camera.
However, the photographer dropped the assault and theft charges she originally filed after Rob agreed to pay for the camera equipment.
A judge officially dismissed the case yesterday, per TMZ.
