The two actors are currently filming X-Men: Days of Future Past, but they were recently snapped spending some quality time together off set and with some of Jen's family.
The former couple was spotted on a stroll Sunday in Montreal, and Jen's brother and sister-in-law also joined them.
J. Law became upset when she noticed paparazzi following them and flipped off a shutterbug, according to E! News.
The group headed back to Jen's house to avoid cameras, where Nicholas reportedly stayed for more than three hours. A source also tells E! that the twosome has been spending lots of time together recently behind closed doors.
Jen and Nick, who first met on set on the X-Men set in 2011, were spotted enjoying a cozy dinner a deux back in April in Los Angeles.
We know the exes have remained friendly, but if Jen's inviting him out with her family, it seems like they may be giving it another go. What do you think?
