A Mumford and Sons rock-umentary will headline SXSW this year, along with a screening of 21 Jump Street, but the Grammy nominees for Record and Song of the Year took time to talk to us on the Grammy red carpet last week about their busy schedule, how they wrote "The Cave" and what they're working on now."We literally drove straight from the studio to the airport and we're literally getting off the plane tomorrow and driving straight back to the studio, so it's been go-go-go at the moment. It's been nice to have a little break and come to LA."
So, what exactly are they doing in the studio?
"We're playing lots of songs together, and eventually pressing record sometimes. So it's coming, it's coming," said the band. We can't wait to listen to the Grammy nominated group's latest work.

When asked about the writing of their nominated song, "The Cave," the band said it took them two months back in 2008.
"It was kind of funny, it was like watching a child grow up. We were in Scotland playing in a tiny little bar in Edinburgh and we were playing on the guitar together and singing a little bit and the lyrics came [to us] on a bus from Somerset to London. So yeah that's how it came about."
