According to new reports, police have no hard evidence that the actress was in possession of marijuana or a bong when they arrested her last weekAmanda Bynes may finally be getting some good news!The actress was arrested at her NYC apartment last week after police responded to a disorderly conduct call. When they arrived, Amanda supposedly threw a bong out of the window which led to her arrest for marijuana possession and tampering with evidence.
Yesterday, TMZ posted photos of glass remnants found on a balcony in Amanda's building which could be from a bong, but today they report that she's unlikely to face any drug charges.
According to the police report, cops found no actual marijuana at the scene, just reported the smell of the drug and "possible paraphernalia". As for the shattered glass from the potential bong, the remnants have sat outside for days in the rain and likely unusable in her case.
Amanda originally claimed she threw a vase out of her window and it seems she may get off the hook after all.
For the record, Amanda has denied she ever uses marijuana via her Twitter and claims she's allergic to the drug.
