According to a quick interview with TMZ, Miley admitted that she'd SO want to make out with Ri-Ri! And lucky for her, when Rihanna was asked the same question, she said she'd b down to do it too.

All of this comes after Miley topped Maxim's "Hot 100" list this year and told reporters at the Maxim Hot 100 Party that she thinks Rihanna should've gotten the title.
We think they're both hot and would never want to have to pick between the two. As for their make out session, we say go for it! Hey, things ARE pretty iffy with both of their "relationships" right now...
