Shakira discusses how she felt seeing Garrett Gardner go home during eliminations, what she learned from it and what her goals are for her two remaining contestants.There is no question about it-last night's eliminations on The Voice were intense.Seeing returning contestant Garrett Gardner go home was some pretty tough stuff, especially considering how hard he fought to get back on the show and knowing that it might have been something so simple as the song choice that sent him packing.
While it was obviously the most difficult for Garrett, his coach Shakira didn't take it too lightly, either.
We caught up with Shakira after the eliminations and asked her how she felt seeing Garrett get sent home, what she told him after he got the news and what she learned from his experience.
She also tells us about her hopes and goals for her remaining two contestants, Sasha Allen and Kris Thomas.
