Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe have just been told that they will have to rename their "Khroma" beauty line after they lost a trademark infringement lawsuit.
Well, you can't win 'em all!The Kardashians are no strangers to lawsuits and court cases. However, the famous family's most recent legal entanglement actually had them on the defensive for a change.
Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian recently launched a beauty line called "Khroma," which didn't sit well with a Florida-based company called "Kroma Makeup." The company sued the Kardashians for trademark infringement...and won!
The Kardashians' "Khroma" products had to be removed from shelves and they needed to come up with a new name before they could start selling them again.
So, what's the kreative new name that the "K" krew kame up with?
If you guessed "Kardashian Beauty," give yourself a pat on the back.

Now that that's settled, the Kardashian Beauty collection will be available in Duane Reade, CVS and Sears stores in just a few short weeks.
