Sounds like every day is bring your son/daughter to work day when you work on The Voice.After Shakira snapped a super adorable photo of her four-month-old son, Milan, on her lap in her judge's chair, we started to wonder if that was a special visit or if the little guy is actually a regular on set.
According to Christina Milian, baby Milan's cuteness is a constant presence...and it sounds like he's in good company!
"Shakira's baby is always around, always adorable," Christina tells us. "Same thing with Carson--all our kids are always running around backstage...it's totally a daycare, we have nannies and moms and everything!"
Christina also told us about how she is able to keep the artists so calm and about the amazing bond she's formed with each and every one of them.
