Kim Kardashian's head to toe floral look she chose for the Met Gala was exactly a crowd pleaser, but the gown's designer considered it a big success."People can say what they want," Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci told Women's Wear Daily of the criticism. "To me, pregnancy is the most beautiful thing in the world, and when you celebrate something, you give people flowers."
"I think she looked amazing," he said of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who's currently seven months pregnant. "She was the most beautiful pregnant woman I dressed in my career."
Life & Style reports that she kept making last minute alterations to the dress, but the designer said Kim gave him total control over the custom couture creation. "Kim said, 'Ricky, I love what you're doing so much, I am in your hands,'" he explained.
