There is, however, one small hiccup in Jenelle's plan. According to the laws in North Carolina (where they were married), the couple isn't even eligible to file for divorce until April 2014.
Also worth noting: Adultery is illegal in the state of North Carolina, so with infidelity allegations on both sides, it will be very interesting to see how this whole thing plays out in court....if it ever does!
This is the fourth time Jenelle has threatened to divorce Courtland in as many months. Each time, the couple briefly reconciled before having another big blowout, so we have reason to believe history is probably going to repeat itself.
