She hit Giorgio Armani in Beverly Hills and visited a dermatologist center as well, according to Us Weekly.
Although Kris didn't get the annulment he was originally hoping for, he seemed pleased with the outcome, recently Tweeting "Couldn't be happier!".
It's been a happy week for Kim, who's expecting a baby with Kanye West.
Yesterday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star helped surprise her sister Kourtney with a birthday party.
She shared a group shot of herself with her famous family on Instagram pre-party, writing: "The Fam getting ready to surprise Kourtney for her birthday! Shhh."
The only possible bummer for Kim? It doesn't appear Kanye was able to make it to the bash.
