The Lumineers got the crowd going crazy at Coachella's weekend 1, and they're playing again on weekend 2. Here are five things to know about the Denver, Colorado based folk rock band!
1. "Ho Hey" was the band's first Top 5, Double Platinum single, peaking at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
2. "Ho Hey" is the highest charting independent single in the history of the US radio airplay charts, charting at No. 1 on the Hot AC chart and No. 2 on the US Top 40 chart!
3. The Lumineers were nominated for two Grammy's this year, Best New Artist and Best Americana Album.
4. Their management team discovered them on YouTube! The Lumineers' current managers signed the band after watching a video of them performing "Ho Hey" in a small apartment.
5. Their songs have been featured on multiple television shows. The adorable Lennon and Maisy recently did an amazing cover of "Ho Hey" on ABC's Nashville.
They've also been selling out shows across the US, Europe and Australia!
