Is there going to be a Teen Mom 3 or what?!First, it was on...then it was off...now, it looks like it just might be back on again...
In February 2012, MTV announced that there would be a Teen Mom 3 and promised details to come at a later date.
Then, in October, MTV confirmed that former 16 & Pregnant stars Briana DeJesus, Mackenzie Douthit, Alexandria Sekella and Katie Yeager were the official four cast members.
But when we didn't hear any further details from the network, rumors started to swirl that MTV had given Teen Mom 3 the axe.
It was reported that the network had decided to cancel the show due to the trouble the former Teen Mom cast members were causing them.
Now, however, it looks like the show is a "go" again...at least as far as the stars know.
Briana DeJesus' sister tweeted "There WILL be a Teen Mom 3. No sir date yet, but MTV is still gonna show it. So please don't talk shit like you know. Bye."
Cast member Katie Yeager also claimed that things are still moving forward.
When a fan asked her if the show was canceled, she replied "lies. There is one. People were confused."
So, it looks like MTV is moving forward with the show, they're just playing coy on the premiere date.
