Justin Bieber Investigated by Police After Neighbor Fight

Drama just follows Justin Bieber everywhere these days!

Justin just returned from his European tour and when he got back to the U.S., the first thing he got greeted with was an angry neighbor at his Calabasas, Calif. home!

According to TMZ, police are investigating an incident that occurred at Bieber's house this morning when his neighbor came over and complained about loud parties that happened there while Justin was on tour.

Bieber reportedly told his neighbor to get off of his property.

Now, according to the L.A. County Sheriff, the neighbor claims Justin assaulted him and threatened him. He has filed a battery report.

Sources connected with Justin's security told TMZ that the Biebs did not have any physical contact with the man. They said he went inside his house and that security escorted the angry neighbor off the property.

The Sheriff's Dept. is still investigating the incident.
