Adam recently opened up to Men's Health about his love for the meditative exercise, saying that it's given him the ability to be more focused and make better decisions.

In fact, it has changed his life so much, he confesses that he doesn't know what he'd do without it!

Although he's been actively practicing yoga for five years, Adam confesses that he's not the stereotypical yoga-goer.

"There's a very specific yoga cliché," he says. "Eat these foods, wear these clothes, believe only these things. I don't want to be that."

He also explains that he and yoga have one thing in common...they're both uncomplicated. "There's nothing to win in yoga," he says. "You just do what you can do, one day to the next."

Well, there may not be anything to win in yoga, but when he steps on stage for The Voice, it's a totally different ballgame!
