Today we get our first look at the Capital Portraits from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and the very first one is Effie Trinket!Effie, played by Elizabeth Banks, is Katniss Everdeen's handler and is known for her bright and colorful fashions. In her Capital Portrait, she dons a hot pink from head to toe, including futuristic gloves and ruffled, heeless shoes.
The studio is unveiling portraits each day on their Facebook page, and Cambio will have a Catching Fire exclusive on Wednesday, when we reveal another character's Capital Portrait right here at 3 p.m. PT.
