'The Hunger Games' star Jennifer Lawrence woke up bright and early this morning to help Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences president Tom Sherak announce the 2012 Oscar nominees.

The 21-year-old hit the stage at 5:30AM to read down the list, which included a whopping 11 nods for Martin Scorsese's 'Hugo,' and 10 nominations for the silent film 'The Artist,' both of which are up for Best Picture.

'My Week With Marilyn' star Michelle Williams and 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo's' Rooney Mara will battle it out in the Best Actress category, with stiff competition from Viola Davis for her role in 'The Help,' which scored four nominations in total.

Pals Brad Pitt and George Clooney will face off in the Best Actor category for their respective roles in 'Moneyball' and 'The Descendants,' and curiously only two contenders -- 'Man or Muppet' from 'The Muppets' and 'Real in Rio' from 'Rio' -- are vying for Best Original Song.

Despite its lobbying, Warner Bros. failed to get a Best Actor or Best Actress nom for Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, however, 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2' earned three nominations for Best Makeup, Best Art Direction and Best Visual Effects. The series has received a total of nine Oscar nods over the years, but has yet to win one of the coveted awards.

For a full list of nominees, visit Moviefone. The 84th annual Academy Awards will air live on ABC on Sunday, February 26, beginning at 7PM ET.
